They have a call center now instead of each store handling their own customers which means if there is an issue with your order, you have to go through the call center and hopefully you can talk with someone. Tonight I had an issue with my order and the person call center kept picking up the phone and hanging up (8 times) so I had to drive to the store to deal with the issus myself where they blamed the call center people. Horrible customer service.
I’m not gonna lie !!! Great experience!! I did delivery last week and they did phenomenal the only thing is they were probably slammed cause I tried to get them to be able to add another garlic before my driver left. The delivery was through door dash. And the person couldn’t find our address and did the right thing and called us asking for directions. This week I ordered for carry out and it was ready quick and the person I talked to order and the person I checked out with were both very nice! The check out guy even held the door for me to walk out. But the person before me he carried out all 6 boxes out to her car for her !!! He was such a great guy!! Asked how people were doing ! And the other workers in there greeted people as they came in! Definitely will order here again!!
At the time that I went (around 3:00pm)the pizza was good and it was prepared with reasonable time.
You might end up waiting in line a little longer than you expected but the pizza was absolutely delicious if you are going in for the new york-style I would say it's good but I would also say Domino's new New York style is probably a little better. Overall great food though
I ordered a large pizza with three toppings pepperoni, Italian sausage and onion.The toppings did not cover the whole pizza only about 1/3rd of the pizza toward the middle which is the smallest area of the pizza had the toppings I ordered.
Ordered food and a 2 liter at 10:29 and here it is 11:32 they've been closed for almost 30 mins they jus let me pay for it and then didn't say anything been in the living room waiting they stole from me
I would highly suggest only ordering carryout and btw, you cannot count on the time they give you. 30 minute delivery means an hour an a half. No remorse on the screw up either. "Would you like your pizza? It's here." After 45 minutes sitting on an unheated rack? I'd rather eat something that may not kill me and I didn't pay $18 for. Thanks. Horrible.
Paid for items I didn’t received at all, toppings missing on the pizzas I did receive, no one answers the phone to assist in fixing issues… They *literally* ripped me off.
Was waiting for my order in my car and seen through the glass the cook touching his phone and everything then when I walked in he was touching pizza dough with no gloves , he didn’t even wash his hands after touching his phone … I left , I’m happy I didn’t pay yet . That’s unsanitary.
Ordering the pizza online was easy. The tracker worked specifically. The delivery driver was early said thank you and the pizza was fairly hot. Overall good experience
