My staff was not ready and I ask the guy was there about it he is trying to waste my time and tell me to ask cashier! Bc he didn’t hear when I said I have mobile order and I was checking on it nicely! But his manger let him have his AirPods on so he can work or listen what’s going on! Worst service I had at Panera so far! So r recommended dealing with staff or poor service
I was not pleased with my visit. The people were rude and the cook made the wrong food and didn't offer to take it back even even after we complained. She was confrontational and outright mean. I will not go back to this location until that person is gone. I cannot recommend this location.
We love ordering food from Panera for client meetings but the issue I have is when I put on the order who each item is for it should be marked that way on the item. Especially during the covid era to open up a wrapped sandwich to see who it belongs to is not right. Half the time I am not sure what the item is supposed to look like either. So mark the items better.
It was okay. The food too a while when it didn't seem like they were THAT busy. The food was fine but seemed rushed since none of my baguettes were the same size weren't cut but pulled apart. They also tasted weird, kinda like dirt. So everything was mediocre for about 13 bucks per person.
Don't order oatmeal from panera bread. It's packaged in plastic bag and they cook it in the microwave with a plastic bag. Plus the strawberries were rotten and when I took it back, the employee was not very nice.
They don't have a lot of popular thinks in menu. Asked to put some olives and pepper on the top of my pizza - nothing besides the greens on the pizza don't look fresh. Strawberry smoothie made from frozen Strawberries and tasted terrible.Charged me almost 24$Disappointed
So my daughter ordered a bowl of soup. When I took her order back to her she said..."this is a bowl of soup?". So I asked them and they said they showed a cup. I asked what I could do to change it to a bowl and was told to go buy a bowl. I asked to pay the difference.....no this was not an option. The difference between a cup and a bowl is $5.29 verses a cup for $4.29 ($1.00 difference). Pictured below is what she recieved (for $$5.29!!!). We are taking a break from Panera Bread for awhile. They were not concerned with making anything right. If you get nothing else from this review make sure 1. You ask for a receipt 2. Make sure you check what you ordered before hand. Very disappointed ?

I placed an order from DoorDash for a Family deal that included 2 adults and 2 kid sandwiches, a baguette, a salad, and a quart of chicken noodle soup and when I get my order all the sandwiches where for kids. I spoke to one of the cashiers and she kindly let me know that she will contact her manager. When the manager came she was very rude and said that I placed such order. I knew what I chose and also the other sandwich was chosen by a friend who could corroborate the order. Also, since I told her that I did not request that order she did not even ask me how to fix the situation, just angrily put the order on the pick up stand and told me that the money would be backon my account on 5 to 7 days!!! Horrible experience, my family was ready for supper and they had to eat Thanksgiving leftover again!!
