I GOT 1 FULL BUCKET OF RICE WITH 2 SPOONFUL OF CHICKEN MUSHROOM AND 7 PIECES OF HONEY WALNUT SHRIMPS. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT SUCH HUGE AMOUNT OF RICE? WHEN COMPLAINED IT TO MANAGER I GOT ADVISED THAT ITS PORTION BASED SERVICE. I THINK THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS TO LOOK AT SUCH STUPID IDEA. THEY NEED TO EITHER DECREASE AMOUNT OF RICE OR INCREASE AMOUNT OF CHICKEN MUSHROOM. ISNT IT A BIT OF RIP OFF FOR THE COSTUMER VISITING THIS RESTUTRANT? AVOID THIS RESTURANT IF YOU CAN.
Food is GREAT! Service is NOT!How hard is it....look at the order...put it in the bag. Every time....and I mean EVERY time I order at this store, I get home disappointed. I pay for food that I didn't get. It should not be a requirement to inventory my order to make sure your employees didn't forget something. It's just not that difficult. This is the third time and the last. Check your order...because it will be short!
Fantastic service and food. I went through the drive-thru and the person that took my order was amazing and the young lady at the window was polite and Wonderful.
I ordered pick up on door dash. It said you could skip the line just go inside and show employees your order. However when I got there the doors were locked and the drive through line was wrapped around the building, so I got in my car and pulled out to get in line. Luckily caught an employee leaving from her shift and asked how I can pick up my online order, she said “o you can come inside” she held the door for me and another gentleman to get our orders and 2 of the 3 employees working behind the counter threw up there hands in disgust that she was allowing people to come In and get there orders. Then was very rude in handing my order as if she was like here now just go.
Manager is Always helpful and curtious. Food is Usually Fresh and changed out for freshness and portions are Usually spot-on proper protein to vegetable ratio. A Great Go-To for Lunch...
Delicious food and great pricing. The only thing to watch out for is to make sure you check your order when you leave sometimes by accident of course something is forgotten just like in any food industry other than that it's a great place to eat food and a very delicious menu to boot.
This Panda Express is so trash. The customer service is awful. Went about 6 months ago, waited in that God awful drive thru line only to be told they’re all out of rice… this was at 7 PM on a Friday night. I’m sorry but what Chinese place is out of rice?? Decided to give it another try this evening & big mistake. This time they are out of chow mein. I get places run out of items, things aren’t in stock, blah blah, however they have terrible service. I will never come to this location again. They are slow, and just rude. This location should be shut down.
- food is good as long as it's fresh, it's horrible if it's been sitting out longer then 30mins.- service wasn't that great, waited about 10mins without even being acknowledged before I got a guy that just staired at me before asking what he could get me.- place was clean.- drive thru always seem super busy.- overall not bad but hope things change a bit and get better after this pandemic is over.
Loved the app. Very easy to navigate. The diner wasn't open. And with it being dinner time the drive thru line was very long. When we finally got to the ordering box it was a bit confusing hearing two different voices. Then I got to the window and my order was all wrong. I spent $40+ and they asked me for $7. Um nope. Then they gave me one bag with two meals and said goodbye. Um nope again. They finally got it right. My thing is, I wonder how you can get it wrong when it was electronic?
I had a good experience with ordering my plate. Everything was full and I had plenty to choose from. I checked out. When I got home everything was Soo delicious. I will be returning soon for sure!!
