I was seated rather quickly, had time to read the entire menu 6 times. Then a family was seated across from me and immediately was asked what they wanted to drink and if they wanted appetizers. I was still ignored, this ended my visit and found another place to eat. Customer service in this country is destroying restaurants not covid.
Imagine ordering what was pictured and getting what’s on the right.. I called and spoke with a manger and was told they don’t heat up the lasagna because it would “melt” the to go containers so they just put the container on it to melt the cheese. Lasagna is melted cheese if you can not provide that why sell it? Why not disclose this on the website before someone orders? I paid $15 for a lasagna TV dinner basically ?.
It was very crowded. However our waitress April was on it. she got our food out to us really fast! Plus the food was ? hot! I love hot food fresh off the stove! Yes! Thats what food should be! Thank you April! You were truly awesome and we appreciated our experience there that evening!
Always a good experience, visited tonight (Saturday) and they were super busy. Walked in and asked for a table for 4 and were immediately sat with no issues. Our server was great, food came out fast, and drinks were always full. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

We went to have lunch at this location today. We have kids with us. The two young girls that were in the front checked us in. They didn’t ask us if we want to sit in a table or booth. She just said “follow me” ruthlessly. I wish I got her name, ha! So we “followed” her. She put us in a table. I respectfully asked if it’s okay to move to a booth and if they have availability. She said “well I have to check you in again in the front!”. So I followed her there and back to the booth. She turned around and almost hit my kid. She didn’t say a single thing. She just put the utensils in the table and left without a word. She is so rude!! I tried to enjoy my time with my family. My kids acted good so I’m happy because of that. Our server was great too that’s why you get a 3-star review. This restaurant needs to hire people with better attitude towards their customers. What a shame! If I only got the chance to get your name, whoever that rude hostess was! Good luck to you.I don’t think we are coming back to this place!!!

Our server was a little too busy to provide great customer service. It was too long between courses. I requested takeout containers. I had the Tour Of Italy and my server crammed the entire meal into a tiny container. I do not like my food mixed. Especially since I was presented the entree properly spaced.
We had a delicious meal, the service was OK but food came out promptly and no one had any problem with their food. Salad was perfect as usual. We didn't wait too long for a Sunday afternoon.
Never been to a fanchise, and felt like i was at a 5 star steak house very impresses so far will continue to update
