Had a walk-in of 12 and they seated us as such. Very nice staff amazing food. In a timely manner for what we ordered. Had one of the best cooked steaks. The kitchen staff ?
Got all the way home..dinner correct, butter and NO rolls! Oh well.....your rolls are the best! We ordered two dinners so definitely should have them with dinner.....Gas too high to go all the way back!
I have been to O Charley's a couple of times and was not impressed. So I did not go back for a while. The last two times that I have gone, it was a better experience. The food was good and the service was excellent. The only complaint I had is the fact that I went there to get their catfish dinner. The first thing the waitress stated was they had no catfish. So I was definitely disappointed since I had to order something else that I wasn't expecting. But the entree was fine. I left happy.
My family and I are typically regulars with ordering to go from here. The past few times we have gotten our order with either items missing or the chicken tenders being extra small or slightly burnt. Tonight was no different, burnt chicken to where it was completely dried out. There is no reason someone should get chicken that is burnt and dried out. Especially when you’re paying good money for a nice dinner. I have attached below the chicken that is burnt. my family and I will never order from this restaurant again.
Due to the pandemic, I'm now working from home. I visit this location 2 - 3 times per week for lunch. Carla and Debbie have always treated me like family. They're both very hard workers and their cheerful attitudes have made me a repeat customer.
As soon as we sat down we were informed by the waitress there was no cheese triangles (one of the reasons we came but not a problem). She recommended strawberry lemonades for our kids and when they arrived there was about a inch if strawberry syrup at the bottom of their cups clearly not mixed. It was a huge mess trying to stir the drinks for my kids. I ordered potato soup which was my favorite item to order, when I got it it was so thick and discolored like it was burnt reminded me of oatmeal. After we received our appetizer I asked if we could get some rolls since we hadn't received any yet and the waitress comes back to tell us that there is a wait. We finally got 4 rolls for our table of 4. The waitress asked if we wanted some more rolls and we said yes and she says "if we have any", walks away to come back and say that there is another wait on rolls. Has been a long time since my family actually went out to eat and ocharlys was one of our favorite places, cant say we will be back in awhile very disappointing
While the thirty minute wait wasn't a big deal, we had to be reseated in a different section because our party of eight was attempted to be seated at a corner booth for no more than four or five. Food took forever to come out after the rush died down and when it did (fish and chips) the fish was barely warm and the fries were cold, saved barely only by the heat lamp. I ended up sending the food back and while they offered to make it again, i wasn't willing to wait the 20-30 minutes again for another failed attempt. Hadn't been in a few years but won't be going back anytime soon.
Carla is absolutely fabulous... the quality of care she gives us is perfection. We always ask for her and we come often. I observe her interaction with other guests and she deserves a rate of excellence. Thank you
In the midst of a health crisis, supply and staffing shortage, the customer service was great tonight. Rachille was an excellent server. She was very friendly. Would go there again and probably request to be in her section.
Our waitress was so nice and made my experience amazing. The steak was amazing!
