Terrible service. Paid at the kiosk, one meal + 2 happy meals. They were supposed to take the food to my table given the instructions from the kiosk itself (when it said to grab a table number). Instead some random person there said my food was ready. I pickup my food and my drink wasn’t there. I kindly told the employee behind the cash register and she asked if I already grabbed it. I said no, I literally just came up to the counter to get my order and my order is still in my hands. She watched me the entire time btw. Then she sighs and acts like it’s a huge deal to get me the drink that I already paid for. Needless to say, the manager got involved and I finally got my drink. Take the food to the table and give my kids their meals and they were missing their sauces. Terrible service. They weren’t even busy, there was maybe three families total in the restaurant. Laziest service I’ve had in a long time.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Don't bother asking the ETA on your order because you'll just be rudely told it'll be ready when it's ready by the management of the store. D better McDonald's!
I stop there every morning I used to get 2 piece of sausage and every day it was burnt would no feed it to a dog. The works are rude.
The food here is always fresh and the fries are always hot! Too bad more locations can't be like this one!!
if ever someone did not want to work change profession making a soup sandwich would be easier come on this is sloppy and you know it one was made in the dark obviously one was told not No bacon how hard that is when you listen i see bacon all on this sandwich was breakfast time no meat
I dont eat MxDonalds but my mom lovre their cheese burgers and fries. Went through drive thru and service was very quick. Employees were friendly and professional.
Update: This place just cannot get coffee right. Medium coffee with cream and sugar put in means small black coffee to them. No cream and sugar in the bag either. The head manager must not be there. They only get orders correct when she works.Whoever is on the drive thru window at 8:11am needs terminated! She has a unprofessional tone and is rushing patrons. She is being short and needs retrained or fired. She has a black hoodie on.She has made it clear she does not want to work and greet consumers.
Drive thru didn't give me the quarter pounder deluxe sandwich, and quarter pounder bacon sandwich was severely undercooked in my order today
I've been to a lot of McDonald's in Columbus Ohio. This is absolutely the worst! The service is terrible. You never know what kind of food you're going to get whether it's cold or hot. And you never know if you're even going to get what you ordered. I won't be back here and I'm going to tell everybody I know how bad this place is.
