The employees at this location are absolutely careless and will deliberately mess up your order because they would rather play around than work. The cashier at the first window, an older white woman, thought it was funny that I had to drive back after another employee gave me watery oatmeal that wasn’t even cooked. She should have no place in serving the public food; as well as the careless employee who cooked the food. I don’t trust this location or the employees. Stay away.
Lights on, menu board on but no one answers at 11:15pm when the close at midnight. I put a mobile order in but it took me five minutes to get someone's attention. Eventually, they stated they had a few items but not many drinks. Also requested cash. They told me to just cancel my mobile order so I left. Lots of other people in line behind me.
Stopped to get a shake & large sweet tea. Went inside and waited more than 5 minutes to be served. I gave them another three before I said something. I know they are busy, but an acknowledgment of my presence goes a long way. But the unprofessional red headed woman responded in another way.The short red haired woman told me to go through the drive thru. To which I said your doors are open to your lobby so you can serve me.Given my tea and shake I realize I had taken the last two straws. But I wasn’t going to say anything to the unprofessional redhead! I tasted my shake and it tasted like a plain vanilla shake. I tasted Sweet Tea and it was like watered down unsweetened tea.When I said something about the shake another employee gave my money back.I’m going to another McDonalds where I’ll be treated like a real person and I’ll get respect!
I have been going thru drive-thru probably 3 times a week. Asked for strawberry jelly, s&p today. Clearly I was bothering the guy at the second window. Not the first time serving me seemed to bother him and a couple of his coworkers. I don't think he realizes I'm the reason he has a job. I can go to Starbucks, First Watch, Burger King, Wendy's, Crackle Barrel, TimHortons, oh and now Chick Fila. Or better yet I can just get up 15 minutes earlier and make my own breakfast. I think I will try the latter option tomorrow and keep my money.
Don’t wast your time going there. Food is always dry and old. Drive through staff needs to be trained better to talk to customer…
McDonald's app is having issues tonite. Said we could order mcribs,but site said no that is wrong. Though the limited Szechuan sauce was heavily advertised, 2 of the 3 local mcd restaurants did not show it in the app where it must be. And one that did have it took approx 45minutes to give us our mobile order .
We placed a $50 order online. The staff said the ice cream machine wasn’t working. We asked to speak to management because the order was accepted online. The management was rude. It was oblivious they didn’t want to fill a large order even though we were willing to wait and we were polite and patient. All staff members didn’t appreciate the business. They did fill the order in a timely fashion but were very rude about it. We will never come to this location again! They lied up front and said the ice cream machine was broken. But we saw one of the staff members making an ice cream order at the time and asked to speak to management as our credit card had already been charged.
I found the drive-through to be slow. I was able to pull up to the ordering station and order right away but it took a long time to get through the line and get my order. I will say that the people I dealt with were very friendly which helped to offset the wait.
Good. I just picked up coffee.
