Terrible customer service! Workers leave in the middle of your order and dont listen to you. I placed a mobile order and the app did not provide a code. When talking through the situation with 3 seperate workers including a manager and all 3 disreguarded me and moved on about there work shuffle but no one showed me i mattered as a customer. When i asked for someone to stay at the window so we could figure out the issue i got a sigh and a come inside to talk. I ended up leaving due to the bad customer service. The workers at the main street and brice road location have no customer service skills.
I just got my lunch from this location bc my client is down the street. The person taking my order was rude. Both the girls on the drive thru (the first window and second window) didnt have good customer service at all. I said thank you at each window and they bot didn't say anything but close the window.The only ones that are always nice and ha e good customer service are the mexican workers. The lady that handed me my food was so sweet. McDonalds you need to clean house. If they don't like their job they need to choose another career. Get people in there that are a people person and have good customer service. I give the food 5 stars bc their food is always fresh and hot. But 2 stars is for customer service that some of them don't have.
Ordered my wife a 6 piece nugget with honey mustard, got a 4 piece with tangy bbq. Ordered my daughter a 6 piece happy meal with honey mustard, got a cheeseburger happy meal and no sauce. 1st cashier was on his cell phone. 2nd cashier had her personal headphones in.

quick fast and nice people there
Haven't eaten McDonald's in almost a decade and I remember why that is! Just nasty and slow service. All I had was a cup of ice and a large fry. I should've left them both. Fries were lukewarm and tasted old, just gross all around. And the cup smelled like burnt plastic. I woke up the next day and my stomach was in knots! I learned my lesson, NEVER eat McDonald's EVER again!
Very busy, but service was great. My food was fresh and hot. The staff was great despite how busy they were.
This location is one of the better ones in this part of town. The staff are courteous and, so far, they have always gotten my order right. Even though it's a bit out of my way, I'll usually drive the extra distance to this McDonald's instead of going to the one closer to my house.
Update: Once again order was incorrect. Time to find a new location.Usually this location is ok not today the service was awful, long wait time and order was still incorrect.
Drive-thru communications were acting up, the customer service was a little rough on the hospitable side, and over all the food was great!
