This place is known for their burgers but I haven’t gotten to it yet. I will though. I’ve been here twice and have gotten the nachos and fish & chips.I’m not over exaggerating when I say this but the waiters are the sweetest ever! They are so nice. You can tell that they love what they do!For only $3.00 I added ground beef to my nachos. The ground beef is of good portion as well. I always ask for BBQ sauce to put on top of my nachos. The portion is shareable. That is not the case for most places I’ve been. My fish and chips have been amazing both times.

Great food awesome special hamburger and endless fries $7

This location is old and needs remodeling/updating. We waited a long time to get our food, so I thought that it was going to be hot, fresh and good, but I was wrong. I got the smothered chicken with steammed broccoli and red skin mashed potatoes. The smothered chicken was overcooked and dry. The mashed potatoes were horrible, I exchanged those for fries. The broccoli was fresh, but no flavor. The waitress was nice and courtesy but I think that she had too many tables because she was slow.

Don't sit at the bar! The staff fills it up when they get off their shift and the bartender doesn't care for anyone but them!

Missing the side of fruit, only half a salad (dressing was not in the bag), and maybe 15 fries.Burger looks okay, and there is lots of chicken. I will need to check my order next time especially before paying the tip... Idk why I'm not surprised anymore.

I mean ... someone actually bagged this and didn't think to question why a chicken parm wouldn't have any fkn sauce on it. We didn't ask to 86 the sauce! Do better Max and Erma - $15 for a disappointment

I only come here when family members want to come because I know the experience is just awful every time I go, and this time was no different. Slow service. Employees who goof off and text at the host stand. Burgers are average. At least they were $7 on a Thursday. No cultural commitment to be great. Staffing challenges happen everywhere right now. Other places still figure it out better than Max and Erma's. I'll be back, but only when I'm forced.

I have never received an accurate take out order. I keep trying since my kids love it, but tonight I was quoted a pick up time of 7:10p, happened to walk in at 6:45p to find my order already on the shelf. Fish and chips sitting for 25 minutes is never good.

I ordered carry out. The burger was ordered well done and was pink and cold. Didn't get the salad dressing for my mom's salad. I substituted my fries for something else and was charged for it but didn't get it. I don't recommend eating here either they didn't know what they were doing or they didn't care

The wait time was ridiculous over 30 mins for 2 top. Massively understaffed. Watched 3 guest leave the bar due to no services. Take out orders were taken, made and delivered before dine were actually seated. Manager only emgered from the back for sec then disappeared. The buss boy ended up taking our order. The table was sticky
