Placed an order through the app at was given the time frame or it being ready between 6:10-6:15pm. Got to the store to pick it up to find out they had either lost my pizza or given it to someone else. Was told it would would take 5 mins to remake my order and at the time of this review it's 7:00pm 45 mins later and I still don't have my order. if I could give less then 1 star I would.
My husband ordered from here today and received crazy bread that was raw and runny in the middle and a pizza that was thick crust on one side and then on the other.Check your food before you leave!
Everytime I've gone to this store the employees have either been disrespectful or don't care to do the job but this last time was horrendous. After asking for an item that they had advertised on signs all over the store it rang up almost double the price which would have been no big deal but after telling them they should probably take down the advertisements for it so it doesn't happen to anyone else the two girls working at the counter started to laugh in our face. It would have taken 30 seconds too take a couple signs down or even just to tell us we'll let a manager know if they weren't allowed to do it. Basically horrible customer service and next time I'll just take the 10 extra minutes to drive to a store where people care about the job they're paid to do.
Little Ceasars is not doing so well in this area. Being a former Ilitch employee before moving to Columbus, Ohio, this is not the standard in which we hold ourselves. There does not seem to be a manager on staff nor are the employees who are working here have any knowledge of who is in charge. Many customers have come in a made complaints and have waited more than their promised time of their food being ready. In addition to that food is not prepped for dinner rush. There was one specific individual who’s order was incorrect because they sent that order to someone else without verification. Leadership needs to be implemented here and changes must be made before this store looses profitability.
My own orders from here have been disappointing to say the least. I've picked up doordash orders from here and they're always messing up the items. On April 5th, 2022, I picked up a doordash order and they handed me incorrect items and told me just to tell the customer to call them since they seemed like they didn't wanna make it.
Had to give one star to post, otherwise none!!Ordered online for pickup wasn’t ready for at time indicated wasn’t even started! Waited another 20 minutes and they tell me they are out of crazy bread and black olives! Asked to refund and cancel, they couldn’t because the manager there was in training and didn’t have the authority to approve. Waited another 15 minutes for my order with crazy sticks. I understand short staffed etc but if the manager is in training someone who has authorization should be there. I wasn’t the only one wanting to cancel my order. A couple people were wanting to return items for being cold and/or undercooked, and were told to come back tomorrow to speak to an authorized person for a refund. We won’t be back to this location.
Just bought a pizza a little before 12 p. It was awful. This is the third time I have bought a bad pizza from here. Usually I give three chances. This will be the last time I ever buy pizza from here again. I wasted 6 dollars. Please hire new employees...people who actually care and want to give a good meal to customers. The pizza was very very thin in some areas and very thick in others. It was cut extremely unevenly. The quality is very low. I will do myself a favor and go somewhere else where I will be treated better! Oh I cant forget to say that it was disgusting because it was so unbelievably oily...GROSS!
You guys need to stop hiring middle schoolers. pizzas look like a 4yr old drawing.
Pizza was fresh and delicious but my crazy bread not so much it was doughy and under cooked... Hurt my feelings
The pizza was hard and disgusting and dry. That's why I wish I would have checked my food cause I would've left it there. The chicken was not done either !
