I am not lying when I say that the Detroit deep dish is an amazing pizza. First time customer, my wife is a cancer patient and wanted something different. THANK YOU JET'S!!!! She was able to eat several pieces because of the soft buttery dough. It had a little too much sauce under a massive layer of cheese and pepperoni. Next time we are gonna try the New York style dough. Also the chocolate chip brownie is forking awesome. Had to use a fork because it was so soft. Kudos to the staff and managers at this location.
The pizza is great, always fresh, they're just always delayed whenever I pickup. My last order was scheduled to be ready 20 mins before they finally gave me it.

I came in at 10:40 they close at 11. I asked if it was still ok because I know how it feels for a person to walk in and ask little before closing time... Mind you I did call in also. Gave 15$ tip. Got home and couldn't eat my food. I said no cheese. Can't be that hard. Go figure the wings are correct the pizza was destroyed
Delicious and the pizza was ready, coming out of the oven just as stated when we placed the order.
Best pizza in Central Ohio when it's done right but the last 5 times I ordered it there has been a lack of sauce, toppings and cheese. If they continue to short change me I'm taking my business to Flyers pizza. When this place first opened it was amazing. It has went way downhill in the last year.

Worst experience took the girl 30 minutes to order my food. Charged my card 77 dollars then said it decline. The manager hung up in my face but told me my declined refund would be to me…never ever again yet my account is missing 77 from jets
I have always been a not so big fan of pizza. .... until this past week. Oh my gosh!!! I was in heaven when I ordered thru their app with coupons their pizza. Let me tell you!! My family of 6 and I absolutely will be buying pizza ONLY from jets. Absolutely would rate this pizza shop above and beyond and my family's currently new favorite. Again, me personally can not even begin to tell you how much I didn't care for or like pizza until jets. This Is hands down 10 star u must try pizza shop.
They need to start paying attention and listen to what I'm ordering over the phone! After telling them my order I had them repeat it. Guy over the phone kept getting it mixed up on what I was ordering, after having him to repeat it and repeating my order it finally got it right on the 3rd or 4th try, now I'm sitting in they lobby and got one of my orders wrong!!!!! Now I gotta stand here and wait for ANOTHER 15 mins for them to re make my order which I shouldn't have too!!! Jesus started listening when taking orders da hell!!!!!!!
