Enjoyed our waiter and appreciated his service. My husband ordered the over 55 French toast. He didn'tfeel the need for syrup they were that tasty. I had two eggs over medium (fixed just right) bacon hashbrowns and wheat toast. A very good meal for the money. We will be going again soon.
Went in between lunch and dinner. Place was almost empty of customers. We were greeted immediately and offered booth or table. Shortly later drink orders taken and delivered. Order for food taken and in reasonable time food came. Beverages were filled as needed. Our server was courteous and made us feel as valued customers. This not the first time we have gone here and it won't be the last
Well I just ate at an IHOP in Cleveland and it was ten times better then this one. Cleveland used whole pieces of bacon and had cheese on the inside as well as outside. This one on had bacon bits on it and topped with cheese only, on the inside was on hash browns it was dry I give it a 3 out of ten I will not be ordering from here in the near future.
Had a terrible experience. Sat at table for over 10 minutes before waitress came to table to get drink order, so when she finally came we ordered drinks, apps, and food at same time. Another waitress brought app and food out to table. Didn't even get a chance to take a bite of food and waitress gave me the check, she never came back to check on us. I had to ask other waitress for refill on drink, the hash brown was so over dine, it was like a chip. On my way to pay check because nobody came to pick up credit card, my waitress pops up from a table where she had been sitting with her family from out of town, they were catching up. Her family did pay my bull since they had kept her for my entire visit. ? I have never been so angry about a visit to ihop.
The food took quite some time to come to the table, however, the food was still warm and delicious. Our waiter (I forget her name, sweet elder as I would consider her because I'm also young) was very patient and professional with us.MOST IMPORTANTLY THOUGH: THIS SWEET COUPLE NEXT TO US GAVE US A $20 BILL and I didn't know what to do. If you're reading this, thank you, I love you both. It helped me out so much more than you know. I wish I could've hugged you or shook your hand and say thank you but I was simply too stunned to speak. Thank you so much for what you did for us. It means the world to me and our family. Such a kind gesture. We love you both ❤
Very polite service! Worth the wait for the warm and delicious breakfast! Shout out to the sweet couple that gifted my little family $20! It meant so much to us and put us in shock. I wish I could have hugged them!
All the 5 star for Ashley, our server at IHop today. One of the Wonderful crew Ihop have. On a Saturday morning this place is full of people waiting in the lobby, this Ihop was less of staff thats what we heard after reaching there. But man, hats off to Ashley this lady had bright smile on her face throughout which made our day. I can just imagine the stress level of people working there and trying to serve people with aBig smile on their face. Ihop as always have the best pancakes but if you like something fruity creamy and sweet than do try Strawberry and cream crepes. The oreo milkshake is too yummy. Coffee in that Ihop cup is what I feel is authentic and I always ask for one. Good family place to come and brunch or breakfast. Be prepared to wait for a while on weekends but the wait is worth. The entire world is running short of staff what matters is people welcoming with a smiling face. Thank you. Long live Ashley!!
The food was good and our waitress was great. My only complaint would be the man who I assume is the manager scolding the staff in public. The staff was doing a great job but this manager was just being a bully.
There was a wait , but that was to be expected on a Saturday morning. We were seated as soon as possible. Able to order promptly. Our food came pretty quickly . Presentation was awesome . Hot fresh and well cooked. Thank you
Great place to grab a late/early breakfast. Pancakes are really good. I know it's just pancakes but some people can mess them up. Not these guys, I tried some of my wife's. I on the other hand had the Colorado omelette, which was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing.
