This store is the absolute worst! The last few times I’ve gone it’s been a disappointing experience. During my last visit I watched the front cashier handle money, the phone, the shake machine, cups and food all with the same pair of gloves. She then was offended when I asked if she could change her gloves. As I sat and waited for my food I watched her and the person on the grill flirt and talk amongst each other with a lobby full of people and no sense of urgency to guest. They didn’t seem to be phased until the other works came from the back and other customers entered into the lobby. This used to be one of my favorite locations and I can honestly say I’m done giving it a try.
Super easy to grab and go, tastes great everytime. Customer service is ok nothing out of the ordinary just kids taking orders
First time eating Five Guys today. Upon ordering, I noticed it was quite pricey and every item is sold individually, not in a meal. So, I ordered a Cheeseburger with only mayo and a little fry. My order came to 15.18. The order was made correct and the food was hot, but the quality wasn't that great. I should have went to Red Robin for a burger and unlimited fries for less than $10.
Always a good burger from here. Used the app to order, drove over and picked up the food. Simple, efficient and tasty.
Epic fail today. Stopped here to grab my boy's a quick bite after track practice. Huge mistake!! The fries were salty and inedible and my sons were unhappy. I spent 38.00 on two meals and for the price( yikes), I was very disappointed. I called the manager to express my concerns. The manager didn't seem to interested. I will not be back.
Pricey? (What isn’t these days)Yes but worth every penny. Burgers done right, fries like nowhere else. It’s worth it just to come for the drink choices which seem endless. Keep up the good work!
I'll tell you there's no better hamburger around anywhere a little bit more expensive but worth it talk about fries like Wendy advertises you get hot fries every time because they make them while you're waiting unbelievable great
Very pricey for hambugers/cheese burgers but very tasty.
Great food. My son wanted to stop here after football practice and he was not disappointed. Great service. Hot fresh fries, his burger was delicious.
The food was decent. The fries was salty and a little cold. The burger was good. Customer service was not bad. The thing that can be fixed is putting the you must wear a mask sign on the door coming in from the outside.
