I’m highly disappointed. I love getting breakfast here every weekend and I look forward to it but in 3 different occasions I’ve had burned food delivered. They do make it right when I reach out but it’s truly getting old, I’d rather have what I ordered delivered. I don’t know why they think it’s ok to send burned food out to customers. I can’t help but to think that if I was at the restaurant that would’ve happened. I’ve been to there Dublin location but it seems like their food and service is way better.
My friend and I came here for brunch on a Saturday. The place was packed so I recommend placing your name in at least an hour before you plan to head there. I got the pomegranate Sunrise drink($8.29) which was delicious! I also got the Avocado Toast and asked them to add chorizo($13.18) and it was amazing. The restaurant was very clean as well! I will definitely be back:)
Overall, this was a pretty good place. If you're into breakfast food this is the place to go. I would definitely recommend it and the staff was absolutely amazing. The restaurant itself was clean. Was a great experience. Definitely good
The service was slow, granted they were busy, but our server just seemed to be having a bad day. The food is consistently very good and worth the price. The industrial atmosphere that seems chain wide makes it difficult to have a conversation if you're surrounded by other diners that don't seem to understand inside voices.
Not sure if it was our waitress or if the menu descriptions are wrong. We had alot of confusion over side items. Told we couldn't get this combination then later we were told we could. Food was good. We had a good amount of time to talk while we waited, a really good amount. Service was get your drink order, get your order, bring your order, bring the rest of your order. Bring your tab. Parking is an issue at this location. All guest must each drive a vehicle. A bit pricey for quality and experience. Might try another location, but this one is a one and done!
it was extremely crowded but a short wait. food was good but not as hot as i like it. they were skimpy with only giving me one peice of bacon with my meal. could be a lil cleaner.
Great omelet and potatoes! Friendly staff at all the locations i have been at. I like the decor in all the first watches. Next time must try the Eggs Benedict and the waffles. Good place for a quick bite.
The food was absolutely delicious and a healthier option to most places. Our waitress Ambre was amazing, she didn’t rush people although the restaurant was extremely busy, she was super nice to my kid and was always on time. This was my first time here but it most definitely won’t be my last.
Food looked really good and the place had great reviews. Service is good. Turkey gravy was killed with black pepper and the chunks of potatoes weren't done. Maybe if they cut them into smaller pieces.
I normally LOVE First Watch and frequent it regularly. But this particular location had the rudest hostess whose tone changed completely when I spoke to her, and turned her back to me when she saw me heading out. Biscuits and gravy was also really dry. Will definitely not be back to this location.
