I ordered a Keto lunch meal which came with a Pepperoni Flat bread and a side salad. When I received my salad the lettuce was wilted. I called the store and spoke with the manager and he told me to come back to the store and he will replace it free if charge. When I came back to the store the Manager Tyson replaced my whole meal. That's customer service that we don't see anymore. Thank you Tyson and his team. They were very friendly and took care of my issue promptly.
Everything was literally perfect. Went late afternoon, and the drive through and delivery was busy so it took a few extra minutes, but all food was fresh. There was a manager running the drive through and helping the front. A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!
Food: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I've made better spaghetti at home. Experience: ? In good weather, my mother slipped and fell outside of the restaurant on their sidewalk. No employee came to help, even when I went in and asked to borrow a chair so she could try to pull herself up. No assistance even when I returned the chair. Luckily, there was a fire station 2-3 buildings over. Got help from them.
Tuesday “special” starts at 5 p.m./ Does anyone realize the traffic nightmare on E Main st and 100x that nightmare with the construction going on and then times that another 100% at 5 o’clock with even more traffic. I arrived at Fazoli’s at 4:00 o’clock and there was not 1 car in their parking lot but they said that I had to come back after 5 if I wanted the special.of course they are totally within their rights but i would think good sense and good customer service might have honored the Tuesday special.
Nice restaurant clean. Friendly staff, very helpful! I like the new look and feel of the inside.Great price! Great food! Fast service! Love it!

This Fazoli’s is THE BEST in Columbus. Your staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. The food is always hot and fresh no matter if you dine in, carry out, or have delivered. 10/10 stars! Thank you to each of you working there to make this place so nice for the Reynoldsburg area!
Great Food with fast service. I ordered the Spicy Ziti with chicken and a Small spaghetti for my wife. Angelina Was sweet. I will be coming back soon.
I waited in a very long line, once at the window 3 people were there. The male was working, and the female at the window was busy working. I noticed another female laughing and texting on her cellphone, at the front counter( I TOOK A PICTURE)Long story short....I got the wrong order, well the window employee apologized.She stated that the person in front of me left, due to the long wait. So unfortunately I got their order. I was told the girl on the cellphone, was supposed to double check the orders and she passes them. Welp I guess her cellphone conversation, was more important than doing her job.Anyhow it's fast food, and the food was okay. But the service.....Hmmm not so okay. A little less texting and a little more working, and this Fazoli's location will be okay ?
This place has the most delicious food, their breadsticks and pasta is sooo amazing. IMy family loves it there.
