I usually order delivery from this location but opted for carry out this last time. I don't think I'll be ordering from those location anymore. When I tell you it was FILTHY. You could tell the floors have not been swept or mopped regularly in a very ongoing time. The carpets were filthy. Floors and counters both had food and trash all over them. The workers behind the counters were definitely all busy and busting their butts.However in the dining area there seemed to be at least four team leaders? management? All just casually hanging out while the counter was getting slammed.This was all on a Saturday early evening. I felt so sorry for the girl behind the counter she was scrambling to make orders, and check people out.There's was a line of us waiting. Yet the people in the dining room continued to glance over and acknowledge but made no attempts to help their drowning crew.Clearly all upper management issues in my opinion. In food service there's no room for poor cleanliness.
I normally order the chicken bacon ranch sub sandwich whenever I fly out of the Columbus Airport Donato’s. It’s delicious. There is always a wait but they process my order quickly, usually in 5 minutes. This Donato’s on Brice Road had no customers. My friend ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub. It took 20 minutes for each of our orders. The pepperoni pizza was tasty and loaded with pepperoni but the crust was virtually paper thin. My chicken bacon ranch sandwich was dripping with ranch sauce. I couldn’t taste the chicken or the bacon. It tasted like a mouthful of toasted bread and ranch sauce. Truly a disappointment. I won’t be buying any more sandwiches at this Donato’s location. There was at least three employees in the kitchen but only one was really working. The others showed no teamwork effort or concern if there were customers waiting to be attended in the lobby.
I am not fond of this location due to the fact that it has no drive through. The cleanlyness is an issue as well.
Met people for lunch here on separate occasions. They used to be great, meaning great service and good quality. Last time, they had staff that seemed aloof and took close to an hour to receive food. Went yesterday, sat in drive thru for over 15 minutes at the window with another vehicle behind me.
The cashier was really nice. Those plant based pepperoni's are outstanding...
Messed my order up and gave me a sloppy pizza. It’s like they didn’t even care. I’m never coming back to this place again. They hire anyone.
My food set in the heating window for about 10 minutes without no one knowing or acknowledging that it was ready ..So annoying

Ordered their Cauliflower Crust pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions. It was the best Cauliflower Crust pizza and ranked up there with a regular crust pizza. My husband ordered the same but added sausage. He thought the same as I did. Kudos go out to Donatos and whomever made our pizzas!
I wish I could give negative 5 stars. Honestly worse experience ive ever had in my life ordered pizza at 6:25 pm got a update at 7:00 that my pizza will arrive at 7:11. 7:25 comes around no pizza I call and the lady says that pizza just left building it will be there in 25 min. I waited those 25 min and it’s now 8 oclock and i still have no pizza. Call back a 8 pm and the girl says that I need to call DoorDash they have my order there nothing she can do about it. Then some guy says oh the dasher never picked that order up. It got cold so we threw it out but never called to inform me that or try to even get me my food. Said refunded the money still haven’t got my refund yet. Worse experience I’ve ever had wow.
