The District manager Martell is a liar who flirts with women and is cheating on his wife with a young girl who’s boyfriend was recently killed. Donatos does nothing about this but promotes “family values”. Kids literally working in the kitchens on the weekends at the Worthington stores, black mold under the tables in the kitchens. No one wears gloves when making pizzas as well as everyone vapes.
F#^* this place I’m a Truck driver!I parked in Reynoldsburg for the night after a long hard dayI called to place a delivery order and when I said I was in my Truck parked at my location I was put on hold a minute later the man came back and told me that thay don’t deliver to People in TrucksI have ordered pizza many times all overMany different states and have never!!Been refused because I’m in a Truck!!
The only reason I gave it 3 ⭐️ is because I never had an issue before but I think for now I’ll stop coming to this location.

Apple pie stuff was burnt and charred, Oreo breadsticks, raw and doughy. They lucky I can’t add half a star, cuz that’s all they would get.Called the manager, kept getting excuses no replacement or refund was issued. Highly disappointing.
Great food, staff could use some training in the pleasantries.... like not be rude when I pick up 30 minutes till close because the floor is already mopped.... if there was a rug down I wouldn't have tracked mud in. Sorry guy, you are equally to blame.

The food is gross. The cheese on the pizza has the taste and consistency of plastic. The breadsticks, the pizza, and the dessert were all room temperature. Even if you make bad pizza you should still deliver it hot. This is the worst delivery pizza I have had in a decade. This makes Dominos look like gourmet.
Ive personally never had a problem at this location like I have at others. The employees are always nice.One time they messed up my order and kindly gave me a new pizza.The wings are terrible though. Almost inedible honestly.But pizza is fine!For a cheap pizza it’s good and online they have good coupon codes.
