I truly believe there was nobody in charge at this place, zero delegation in there. I waited 10min to order because cashier was bagging food for drive thru (there were 3 other people working drive thru and just stood and watched her struggle) then it took 15 minutes to get our food after I had to walk back up to the counter and say something, food was just sitting there. Horrible dine-in, really believe I got sick from eating there, not a single table was clean and it was not a staff shortage issue at all! Drive-thru is your best bet, idk how it's rated with 4+ stars!

I live out of town and came to the area for work. Found this place on the first day and we came back every day we were in the area. The fish is really good, burgers are amazing, ice cream is almost perfect. It’s like a Dairy Queen but one that you actually look forward to eating at. It’s better in every way. The menu is huge and you’d be hard pressed to find anything lackluster on it. 10/10 would recommend, I wish this chain was National.
Yummy yummy! I was looking for a burger place for my hubby and we found it! What we didn't know is they make the best strawberry shake in town! I have a lot of food sensitivities and their shake doesn't aggravate them one bit!
Food was awesome!!! The employees were slammed but they kept their heads up and just kept trying their best. Everyone in the restaurant was very nice and it was Definitely short staffed as many places are but I would give them 6 stars if I could. My entire order was correct, hot, and delicious!! GREAT JOB !!!
Good food just a very busy location and they got multiple parts of our order wrong. But still tasted as it always does.Edit: Spring 22Great food today! Fresh and every employee was sweet and working so very hard. Thank you everyone working!!
During the pandemic they came up with the most unique plan thru drive thru but it's a little wait but well worth it besides custard and dinners one of our favorite is Alaskan cod fish dinner with fries and coleslaw roll butter tartar sauce and lemon for the fish we like this particular dinner especially for lent great place I wish put one in canal Winchester thank you
Great service.They will bring your order to table if you dine-in. The Walleye I wanted was not available. The Cod diner was just as good as the Walleye I had last visit..
burger was awful ,frys wernt any better . had to be something you grew up on to like I guess , more cheese than burger cheese is all you taste . I personally wouldn't eat there again if it were free. I'll stick with 5guys
Drive through visit. I am giving 4 stars because I sat at the window and specifically asked a young lady for marinara sauce for the cheese curds. I pulled forward as directed; they brought out the food. When I got home, nothing in the bag. The rest of the order was correct.
Need to open the dining room. I use to think of this place as family friendly. We would go in to eat and see people we knew. I still love their food but it's time to reopen. This is the reason I'm giving it 3 stars.
