Waited over an hour for my food. I ordered through the app. Had two small children and spoke with them respectfully about 3 times. Left with no food. This is terrible!!!!!
The woman doing the rice this afternoon gave me a half portion because she was almost out and was too lazy to go get more. I said something like hey could I get more rice that looks a little light and she said she would have to charge me. Pure laziness. Food was great I just ate less rice that trip.
It was an awful experience, from beginning to end. Only 2 people in line, waited forever because the employees were to busy talking. Messed up our order by not putting any meat, lettuce or cheese on it. Told them what I wanted and then went to pay for it. Guess I should of been watching the whole time. I'll never go backthere.
Chipotle is Chipotle, restaurants or fast food is really going downhill because of the workers and not being properly trained! No one has the go getter attitude anymore. Raising customer service up higher. I think that workers feel like they can act how they want because people are going to come regardless for the food!
Chipotle is the best hands down. Dbl steak white rice no beans hot salsa with cheese and lettuce. Cant go wrong.
Walked right through the line and there was 10 people standing waiting for mobile orders. Not quite right in my opinion. But food was good and prices are not rediculous anymore.
The service was horrible ?. Went in around 8pm. It was pretty busy so I wasn’t in a rush. The one African American lady with a low curly bun switched my orders for my 2 bowls then got mad when I said she put the toppings on the wrong bowl then had an attitude the entire time. On top of that, they were out of guac and vinaigrette. I understand running out of guac, but vinaigrette is something they can easily make. Won’t be returning here due to the extremely poor service.
The bowl is ok, but why was I charged extra Guacamole that is an option to have inclusive with the purchase? I did not ask for extra so am I missing something? Guacamole does not come as a option such as the alternate ingredients? No vinegar eye or plastic ware available? Is it just this location that has gone downhill?
It never fails, every time I order online, something is missing from my order. It's usually something like my chips or they've either forgot to put something on my food, or added something I didn't ask for, like tomatoes, but it's fast and decent.
