Sometimes you go in and find the food delicious. Then you go a second or third time and the food taste salty. Depending on the time you might get a good service. But when it's full, you might find that either your food taste different or that the line moves slow due to not enough staff. Also, if you order online double check your food to see if it is what u order.
The manager, Tim, is running a very positive and efficient restaurant. The line was long when we got there but moved quickly even while filling online orders. Every staff member was quick and efficient while doing their job thoroughly. The team members were also very friendly and very positive. We will definitely be visiting this Chipotle more frequently!
ordered a barbacoa bowl, everything’s tasted great except my rice was not cooked well. Super hard..
A very good service. From the hall team .and the team leader. Mariana and Evelin. Love how they have the line of food very well clean up. And organize and always .get the portions of food I paid for.of the hall Chipotle restaurants I Ben around Columbus this one in Westerville is the best one .please keep the good team in the mornings .because in the evenings is not to good .because i Ben on both lunch and dinner. And the Team at lunch is the best .pKeep it up. Morning team .you guys are the Best .
Drove out of my way just to visit this location because it's usually great. They were out of products and said nothing until it was too late. Nobody wants chipotle without salsa
I just now watched your cashier cuss out a woman who was inquiring about her to go order being incorrect. I know everyone is short staffed right now but that is absolutely no excuse for the girl to act that vile! I’m glad I left my kids in the car with my mom so they didn’t have to hear that language!
Always good food! Sometimes the service is lacking but the food makes up for it. Hence the 1 star deduction
Grabbed a burrito and a Steak Quesadilla. Staff was very friendly and quick, in and out in 10 minutes during lunch rush.Food was fresh and done right and very yummy!
They had most of their staff focusing on pick up order's while the line for walk in orders was going out the door... There was only one guy working the line, I felt bad for him. He did a great job and was going as fast as he could.
Great Chipotle Restaurant. Puts the chipotle at 3566 S High St, Columbus, OH 43207, to shame.I highly recommend this location. Good food and friendly service.
