Amazing people working the line moved fast for how many people there were in line. The drive thru workers were so nice and friendly with the kids taking time to acknowledge them when most would not. The food was hot perfectly made to how it was ordered.
Pretty good for fast food. And, for as busy as they are, they get your food to you very fast. I just wish they would cook their fries a bit more and maybe put some salt on them.
Love chic fil a. Food is always hot and as of yet they haven't got our order wrong. For a chicken sandwich it's a bit pricey but it's worth it in my opinion.
They have the best fried chicken I have ever tasted. Crisp yet juicy. Love it! Service was fast and very nice workers. Courteous and willing to help as much as needed. Highly recommend stopping by
I have only been to this location three times. Two different times things are left out of the bag. The first trip it was a 12 count nugget. I called and they kept my name down for a free one the next time. That didn’t fix the fact that when I got home my husband had nothing to eat. I decided to give them another try yesterday. When I pulled off my large fry was left out of the bag. I am done going to this location . They are new so they should be working over the top to make a name for themselves. WAy too many other places to eat to always have to return to the store for food you already paid for.
Customer service needs improvement. Employees are rude, as an employee was hesitant to give an order that was already paid for… instead of getting our order she gets another lady’s order in front of ours. Along with smart remarks and messy food presentation. We were there first, mobile ordered already paid for.. I have never experienced this at a Chick-fil-A chain definitely will not be back. Manager was helpful with resolving the situation.
This is by far the worst chick fil a I’ve been to. They have failed to give me my full order repeatedly and they forget the sauce I order every time even when I make it clear that it’s been five ten in the past. The attitudes of some of the staff are also astonishing. They act as if they aren’t at there job where they get paid. They act like I came to their house ordering food. It’s ridiculous that my order has been messed up on numerous occasions. Do better.
Make sure you check your bag for any additional sauces dressing that were requested. Have been through this drive-through a few times in the last few weeks. The last 2 times Got all the way home and there is no dressing or extra sauces in the bag!!?? I called the store and spoke with a manager requesting partial credit because we live about 15 minutes away from the location, we were not gonna drive all way back just for some sauces. Management said sorry about that there’s nothing I can do ?? Like seriously eat your salad without dressing and chicken without dipping sauce.Thanks oh and it’s my pleasure
This Chick-fil-A always has the friendliest staff members. They are so kind and I never have a long wait in the drive thru each time we visit. The food is fresh and tastes great. We've been to this location many times and it's impressive to us that they've never once messed up our orders!
First time there. Not a fan of the set-up. The drive thru took a bit of maneuvering to get to. There was a young man there to take my order, however the menu was about 25' away. Couldn't read it from that distance. The grilled chicken sandwich was pretty pedestrian. After all the hype on the web,raving about the waffle fries, mine were just warm and I found just one recognizable piece. The remainder consisted of bits and pieces.
