This is absolutely one of the top 3 worst burger kings I have ever been too. They honestly need to demolish it and build any other fast food restaurant. The slowest service ever. It literally takes 10-15 per car in drive-thru. The dining room has been closed for 2 years. Don't bother going here unless you have 45 minutes to waste waiting on "fast food".
I go here all the time due to my job being so close.Usually have a decent experience other than always being told to wait before ordering and the long lines. I get it tho.Anyways today, they got my food wrong. I get the same thing every time.I go back and wait in line to get it fixed. They don't understand what I was trying to tell them, then tried to say they didn't mess it up. Snatched the food from my boyfriend, and took it into window. (Restaurants are not suppose to demand food back tdue to health qnd safety reasons) ive ran a restaurant many times so I know.Once i got the new sandwich after the GM was arguing with me about the food they still messed it up. If the Hispanic lady is the GM she needs a demotion or a transfer or fires.From one store manager to another her customer service was completely horrible. The disrespect. Then for me to call in and get talked to how I did on the phone as well is not okay. The attitude from the employee and the manager in the background is horrible.Will rather not eat then go back to this location.
Was third in line in the Drive-Thru and waited 20 minutes before somebody took my order for one sandwich. Pulled up to the first window and nobody was there to take my money so I went to the second window. They refused to swipe my card or give me my order. Told me I needed to drive back through the drive-thru and wait for my turn to pay at the first window. When I asked if somebody could take my card back to the first register and swipe it the girl began laughing and waving at me telling me goodbye. Slowest service fast food restaurant and abhorrent customer service.
I will never go here again. The girl and guy who work the close are totally useless and could care less. I have never been treated so rudely from any fast food restaurant than I have experienced here, I will never go there again, no matter what time of day and will tell all my friends and neighbors about them. service horrible, confronting and hood like.
Absolutely the worst.....My food never came out. They closed the restaurant after telling me to move up to the window. I waited 15 mins. Not even enough care or thought to come to the window and say "we are closing 4.5 hrs early." Truly the worst burger king ever. Sadly, as with the other orders, this was prepaid ahead through the app. I then had to go through yet another inconvenience in justifying the reason for my refund request through the app. I highly recommend that other such reviewers not only leave their feedback on this individuals store reviews, but also alert the BK corporate of this specifics stores activities.
Terrible, the two people, man and woman who work the closing shift are terrible. The girl is rude and disrespectful. I will never go there again and spend my money there no matter what time of day. Also, they say they are closed two hours before closing time just so they can get out of there. Manager of the store needs to be held accountable, because they are missing out on money in the late night hours just so these two can get out of there very early. This has been repeatedly in my experience there.
My fiencè put in an online order before 11:00 PM and we showed up at 11:05, we already paid for the order and the employees shut down the restaurant. This location doesn't even close until midnight! Now we are left without money and food. Yall do great work here, I'm glad your proud of your own work ethic.
Just got two of your sausage egg and cheese croissants. They would be wonderful if they were not ice cold. On my way to work so I can't go back. This is the third time this happened in the last month so this time I'm leaving a review. I will not go back to Burger King. Wendy's breakfast is better.
Ugh, horrible cold food. Somethings never change. Thought after the renovation it would be better. NOPE. Mr owner of this location, do you read the reviews? Guess your probably part the problem. .
By far the worst BK I’ve ever been to. I’m not looking for a good meal, just warm and the order is correct, but that seems too much to ask. I will never go back again
