chicken boneless wings were over cooked. not busy but waited. not good
Overall not very good. According to the waitress the wing recipe "is different at this location" (so they don't have traditional honey bbq sauce). Something did not taste right so I just left. I got really sick after eating here. The cleanliness is less than ideal. Around 10 tables in the bar area were dirty and no one cleaned them. I was there for an hour. The service was good. This happened in May of 2022.Three week update- I called the corporate office multiple times. No one returned my call as they requested.
I don't know how many other BW3's that I have gotten up in the middle of my meal and left without eating or paying for my food because it was unedible in the service was horrendous. This location had me completely blown away. The food was hot and fresh when it came out and it was extremely pleasurable to sit there and enjoy my meal. The only complaints that I had was that the music was definitely up a little way too loud for a lunch time setting but it was still nice. That will definitely be going back to this location. The waitresses both busted their butt considering there was only two of them when they started even getting a lunch rush they stuck with it and kept up
Good food, sports and company
Unfortunately very, very slow service, food was cold and not well prepared at all. When I have called to order, no answer but server was friendly and when able did her best to get us what we needed. Maybe staffing problem like most establishments and hopefully things will get better soon but for now I'd chose somewhere else.
If it's was only the first time it would have been ok. But three times? This is not okDrive from my work to this place three times, and the more I come the disappointment goes higher.I ordered Buffalo wings, and this is what I got. Really? Chicken and butter?? For realThe receptionist was awesome but you need to reconsider what is being served to people.Will never waste my time and money again.
We've had notoriously bad service but decided to give it another shot.. Big mistake! We waited an hour and a half to get cold for because apparently they were waiting on one order of wings. However those wings made it out before other things so makes you question the validity. Zero stars would be a better rating but no option to do so.. So one star it is... Wow ?
Called corporate about the order I placed. She was the worst representative ever. My complaint was about the portions I received. I paid for a large fry my box had like 10 fries in it. Everything was cold waited an hour. My salad was $12 I have like 8 sprigs of lettuce. This is just the worst ever. They handled this terribly. I'm DONE with this company!!
Was in this location about 3 weeks ago with my family for the bengals game, our server an African American male with glasses was rude, impatient and I could hear him talking smack about us to the other servers at the drink station located right behind our booth! I truly never wanted to come back after that but my kiddos love bdubs so we compromised and ordered carry out this past week, because what could possibly go wrong? The teenagers working upfront are beyond disrespectful, our food took over an hour, it was cold when we got it, well what we actually got was cold because a good chunk of the order was missing, and not to sound like a Karen but I called and asked for a manager and I got hung up on! Won’t be back which is sad, we used to love it here!
Fantastic place to eat wings. I love every sauce on their wings except for the Blazin. This is true not because of taste, but because it delivers on its name. Incredibly hot! The staff are really nice and there for you. I loved their bar area which has a large open room for a big gathering.
