Drive thru seriously took at least 30 minutes and when I finally got my food, it was cold. The girl at the drive they was honestly as cold as my food. Couldn’t bother to say Hi or strike a small conversation. Staff has no sense of urgency at all either.
Alright! I’m done with this arbys.1.) drive through takes FOREVER. I understand labor shortage and I won’t give negative grade for this because some stuff you can’t help. But being friendly or at least reassuring to people waiting would be great.2.) quality control: when ordering food, you pick from the menu, and then you pay and you’re expected to get what you asked for. It’s pretty simple. Although this is asking too much. Ask for classic BEEF AND CHEDDAR. Beef was there….that’s it. The bun was DESTROYED. The cheese wasn’t even there. No red ranch. Literally had one job and 3 ingredients…and failed miserably.3.) no sauces included despite asking for them.My advise. Make sure people know the menu, and maybe can remember at least 3 ingredients required and remember to put ingredients on the bun and not have a boxing match with the bun while their at it.I understand if long days happen and people can be annoying. But at least try and give people what they ask for. And if you’re going I charge $26 bucks for 2 sandwiches, at least attempt to make it look like $26 bucks worth. I’ve seen $3 sandwiches from the gas station prepared better than this…Very unfortunate. Do better guys…
when I order a salad and ask for no bacon i would think the woman would have gotten the order right, she was so much into our car but this sandwich they just grab a handful in a ball threw it on this is unacceptable
Drive thru was fast. Associate was very friendly and the food was great. Every made to our order.
The lady in here at night (manager I think) is such an awesome person. She is sweet and caring and makes me laugh everytime! I love stopping here because of her! -Your Dasher-
Super friendly cashier at the drive thru! And that diablo chicken sandwich...best one out there of you like real flavor and real spice.
The mac @ cheese was absolutely horrible. I will never order again. When a 6 year old refuses to eat it that bad. Mac @ Cheese is his favorite food.

Food - 9/10Service - 1/10Accuracy-9/10Who ever ran the drive through around 3pm has poor customer and communication skills . There was no acknowledgement when you pull up to the drive thru screen. She look like she had an attitude. Forgot our Arby sauce and gave off an attitude about that. We could had been rude too.
Ordered buffalo wings and a classic roast beef sandwich. Only received hot honey wings ?
