I'm a pretty understanding person, I understand being short staffed and struggling. But throwing a chicken nugget on a sandwich and covering it with two big slices of tomatoes is laziness. This "sandwich" was covered with so much condiments, by the time I got home it was cold. I paid for a sandwich and got poor work ethic instead

Terrible. They act like the 2 sauces they give you for a $50 order is too many. Awful customer service and the wait is always so long. We ordered on the app. Our order was $48. I asked for arbys sauce after waiting 32 minutes for our food. He tells me it's in the bag, knowing he didn't put it in there. Which seems to be a regular thing with this place. So I get home, check my bags and because they didn't have enough of what I ordered, instead of telling me they just gave me something else.
Ordered a beef and cheddar, about $6 for just the sandwich, and it hardly had any cheese. To dry to eat ?. Turkey sandwich was pretty much missing the turkey, so I guess Arby's no longer has the meats ?. Used to be a great location, huge disappointment. Prob will not return.
I love this arbys! Fast and great service! Quality of food is pretty spot on for what you would normally expect for Arbys.
Sometimes could be quicker but overall a good restaurant, especially Arby's
I really enjoy this Arby's the friendly and if they make a mistake they correct it the customer service is excellent very clean restaurant a little bit pricey but it's Arby's other than that I have nothing really bad to say about this Arby's I've been on and they do mess up but if you call them and let them know they will replace the order just keep your receipt

Need to reopen the dining room!!! We love this Arby's. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. It's time! 3 stars for the wonderful food and drive through. Minus 2 for not being able to dine in. It's time!
