My beer was warm. I all had was a appetizer I didn't have to wait very long fir it but it wasn't real hot. There was a funny smell when I walked in the door, line sewer gas. I sat at the bar an the bartender was very polite. He was busy making drinks she git my beer to me in a adequate time. I'd say there is a issue with there beer taps as far as being cold an in guessing my glas just came out of the dishwasher the glass was hot. I'm not saying I won't go back. It was my first time at this location but I wasn't impressed
We were poorly served at this location.hostest told us to wait to be seated even tho there were places available,while hostess seated herself in a booth. We sat patiently waiting for over 15 min.until another staff member asked us if we were waiting for others to join us.I explained no,and was told to wait again until he found a hostess to seat me.I pointed to the hostess sitting in a booth and she then came to try to seat us in a very small corner booth which obviously I was visibly to large 2 fit in,and the booth seating and table was visibly dirty with food.we sat back down at the waiting area to wait for the seats and the table to be cleaned for 10 minutes and the staff didn't come back to help with the situation so we ended up leaving and driving the extra 15 minutes to another Applebee's location.Also,not sure what the regulations are in Ohio,but in Indiana Applebee's locations children are Not allowed to sit in the bar area.At this location there were kids dinning in the bar area.
First time at this particular Applebee's. The food was good..I had the 8oz sirloin and my lady had the ?. The service could stand some improvement. Our waitress was not very presentable. I thought Applebee's supplied wardrobe for there staff?? ? did I miss something? ? the staff was very lacked in that department..just street clothes..I couldn't tell if the waitress was my waitress or another patron..patrons.. like I said..the food was good ?
The team here were really friendly. Although understaffed they remained patient and professional. Food came out great and drinks from Simon at the bar were great as well.
The waiter had dirty fingernails sloppy dressed totally unprofessional. The bartender can't make drinks or smoothies. If I could rate this location a zero I would have.
Let me set the stage. We walk in and the hostess was pleasant. 10min wait but an empty room. There was only 2 wait staff. Now this isn't a complaint, it's a 5 review. Old lady walks in behind me asks to be seated and is told it will be a 10 minute wait. She is so rude I couldn't believe my eyes. That's not how you treat people.Anyways. Long story short, the hostesses handled it very well. I was impressed.
Very nice people. I would have given 5 stars. But after I dropped my wallet on the floor, I used my light on my phone to see my wallet and what I saw was very nasty. They really need to take one day and close down and everyone needs to do a deep cleaning of this establishment. See photo...
Steak was too well done but I ate it anyway. I NEVER send food back! LOLApplebee's has goofy drinks. I ordered lemonade and I think I was served a bar mix instead of straight up lemonade. And it's not the first time I've gotten a goofy drink. I would suggest passing on the $1 margaritas, if that's still available.
Horrible experience! We went for valentine's day! Nothing like waiting for over an hour to receive the wrong order 3 times. The second and 3rd time was the same food, reheated. Like we wouldn't know when we ordered medium rare and they came out well done. Manager and staff gave zero fcks about the experience! "Oh we're busy because of valentines...."B.S.! "Welcome to the service industry"!This is a prime example of people just showing up for a check! This also is why many businesses close.Thanks for messing up the evening!
From the time We walked in, to the last, pure AWESOME service! Our server DONYAI was super cool and just awesome, the whole STAFF was GREAT. We are coming back . THANK YOU .
