Very friendly happy people. Their many options for flavors are awesome. Especially to have sugar free syrup options is terrific. I'm not diabetic or need to watch my sugar but I know many people love the options of sugar free and still enjoy something sweet either if they need sugar free or just want it as an option. Has a drive through too if in a hurry, but inside is nice with homemade candles/cups made by local people to sell.
Been going to this shop for years, and not because I like their coffee. I would go there because I try to support local business. Waited patiently in line for 21 minutes for 7 cars ahead of me. Order 1 simple latte. Got up to the window and was COMPLETELY IGNORED by the girl at the window. Had to wait at least another minute while she took the order for the car behind me...still without acknowledgement from the attendant that she saw I was waiting. When I asked her why she made me wait she said, "Everyone had to wait for you.". Wow! Then she suggested I never come back! Wow! I did go back to get a refund, and was told by the staff inside never to return as well! Long story short, after a return call from the owner, my suggestion for how to handle customers was responded with, "Am I back in school that you need to tell me how to handle my store?"!!! Well, she lost several long-year customers over this. All I asked for was an acknowledgement at the window and an apology for my wait time. These folks need to realize that some of their customers may have less patience that day because they just found out someone they love has cancer, or maybe they forgot to take their medication that morning, or maybe they just lost a loved one...any number of things. And all they wanted was one cup of coffee to face their day. Customer service is a dying art. Sad. And, as you can see by the owner's response, she has no concern for her customers. I was in no way asking her to change her procedure. I was only asking for an apology from her...which she NEVER gave. She only defended her staff. When I pulled up to the window, the girl at the window never acknowledged me, made me wait even longer in order to wait for the person behind me that was apparently ordering the store. I would have been perfectly fine, but NO acknowledgement from the girl at the window when I pulled up, NO APOLOGY from her, just AWFUL! Then the girl at the window told that if I wasn't happy just don't come back! So I said I wouldn't...except I DID go back to get my money back!!! How awful of me!! Wow. I went to Starbucks the other day. I waited for like two minutes in line for the car in front of me. The girl at the window apologized for my "wait". I told her NO PROBLEM!! THAT is how it works! You can understand now why 5 Bean employees have zero clue on how to handle a customer...their owner is clueless. I tried.
Great coffee, hands down my FAVORITE and go to shop in the area. The staff is friendly every single time and the coffee has never disappointed.
My sister and I would regularly come here up until 5 years ago when we both joined the military and got stationed away. Every single time we get the chance to come back home, 24 hours will not pass and we have not come to 5 Bean Coffee lol. Yes, it's that good but it's also the good vibes from the place and the staff ?
Great coffee and even better service! Warm, friendly atmosphere. Always feel uplifted after a visit and that's not just from the caffeine ?
It looked good online. I don't know. I drove 15 minutes over here to grab a coffee and their drive-thru is only open. They have a note on the door that the coffee shop is closed because they want to keep their staff healthy. I get it. Only the drive-thru is open. Didn't want to wait in a 20 minute line though. Maybe I'll try in a few weeks when their shop is back open.
Great clean place!! A nice alternative to Starbucks. My main thing is a Mocha Frappuccino and I like theirs better than Starbucks. I had their hot gingerbread cappuccino and it was really disappointing. Didn't taste like a warm cup of gingerbread yumminess like I expected/hoped for.
This is my second time at 5 Bean Coffee. I was able to sit inside and enjoy a pumpkin latte with almondmilk. Coffee is good. The workers are kind. The place is clean. Bathroom was clean too. I recommend it. They also have bagels.
- probably the best coffee in the area I have found so far.- prices not bad.- place was clean.- staff were super friendly.- good atmosphere.- lots of parking and they have a drive-thru.- overall a good experience each time I come visit the area.
Literally drive past 2 Starbucks daily to get coffee. They have the best blend of coffee. Their hot mocha is good. Suggestion: try the Frozen Buckeye with extra peanut butter!!! They use actual peanut butter.
