BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE & CASTLES!!! Today I went thru the drive thru after 7pm.The Girl told me they were out of a lot of things due to a shipment not showing up yet. Then proceed to tell me there was only 2 of them working.All the time, she sounded like she was still in a good mood. When she greeted me at the window, she was super nice and had a big smile on her face. To have to deal with all of that and still have a great attitude was awesome to see!!!Not to mention it was the BEST WHITE CASTLES I've eaten. Just how I ordered them and the fries were nice and crispy as well. 10/10
Possibly the best fast food experience of my life. Every individual in which I interacted with was friendly, professional and acted as if they enjoyed providing quick and fast service.Eva, the woman who was taking orders in the dinning room, is an exceptional example of customer service.I genuinely hope that her manager(s) have made note of her performance.Good work, all of you.

The young lady at the window was very upbeat peppy and happy to be where she was, unfortunately I had to wait 7 minutes for 10 regular castles and a five piece of mozzarella sticks, you would think this is stuff that they would have ready especially during lunch (1:30p) rush. Sticks were the best, the sliders were cold and the buns soggy! After 2 years I'm not eating at White Castle, I now totally understand why I haven't been back and now I know why I won't be back again and I can guarantee it will be way longer than 2 years! The only reason I gave three stars is because of the young lady at the window!
One of my all time favorites, some locations seem better than others tho.
Great service and the food was up to the White Castle standard. Try breakfast.
I will say that service was not good, but the 3 people that was working i give them all the kudos possible. We probably waited 20 minutes or longer for our food but to watch the 3 the way they operated was great to watch. I left a $10 tip and if had more cash would have left more. Way to go White Castle no way that the other chains would have done this. Plus they kept apologizing for the wait .
Tried the sloppy joes and they were actually pretty good! I liked the spicy one the best. Also got the Jalapeno burgers and they're really good.
