Normally this Wendy's is great but tonight I waited at the speaker for 8 minutes. When I asked how long it would be they stated they were having technical difficulties. I get to the window 2 girls are standing and laughing and 1 boy packed the food bags as another boy filled drinks. The one boy looked at the two girls laughing and standing there and asked if someone could take drinks and he continued to ask the others if they would take orders or work. They laughed, looked away and kept standing there as he finished handing my order. As I was leaving the car behind me still sat at the sleazed not yet helped as I could see her hand on her head staring forward and a long line of cars behind her.
Food is hot most of the time. You rarely get your full order even after waiting a while.
Terrible chili. Not at all like any Wendy’s chili I’ve had, which is usually very good. Very little meat, few vegetables, only tomatoes and beans and too thick! Like they forgot to add water to a concentrate maybe?? Actually tasted like they put ketchup in it. Two bites and down the disposal.
Food and service is fine, but the employees in the drive thru were totally maskless. We will never get out of the pandemic with this kind of behavior.
Wendy’s is great! Most of the time the staff is nice, the food is good, and the frostys are to die for. ??I love Wendy’s! The food has only been cold once or twice, but I mean, it’s a fast food restaurant haha. Overall, Wendy’s is great!
I wouldn’t go here after 9:30pm, their system is always mysteriously down after.Slow service. I went inside one time(before 9:30 lol) and the manager passed me and said someone will be with me. After 5 minutes, a lady came up to take my order but she didn’t select anything in the system and just took it verbally then walked away and I heard her ask for someone else to take my order. After about 3 more people passed me, another person came up to take my order and I had to let them know my order all over again. It was a weird experience. The food sat out for a while as well.
Food was ok. Staff was great.
This has got to be the worst experience at a wendy's I have ever had. The lady in the front can barely understand what your ordering, nor can she make even close to full sentences. The crew of at least 6 can only handle making and taking 1 order at a time. They take so long to get an order ready the customers waiting just to put an order in got tired of waiting, oh and only half the crew believe in wearing gloves while handling your food
Ordered a single with NO CHEESE. Said it twice. Burger was covered in cheese. Fries were soggy and semi cold. Very disappointing
4003 Powell Rd. This location has been SOOO slow for months now. I know staffing has hit places hard lately, but there is always staff (teenagers) standing around talking. I’m talking 4 people talking in a circle ignoring the drive thru orders. Drive thru is always wrapped around the building because staff is goofing off. This is supposed to be fast food…Where is the manager??
