Unfortunately won’t be visiting this place again even though it’s super close and convenient. I understand they may be short staffed, so slower service is understandable. My issue is if it’s going to take you a while to get my food at least get my order right and don’t give it to me in a sloppy manner. My bagel was definitely not toasted, had cream cheese everywhere and was shoved in a bag and the sandwich we ordered was a mess, everything falling off. And got my drink order wrong, not sure how you mistake pomegranate for orange….

Let's just say these people (employees) are so incompetent! Let's talk about attitudes. I heard an employee yelling and cussing about their schedule, unprofessional. They were slamming orders on the drive thru counter. I ordered a combo the dumb broad charged me almost seven dollars for a disgusting cold sandwich. When I called the rude cow said I only charged you for the sandwich. I clearly said combo, that includes a side and a drink. Rude! Rude! Rude! You have one job to do, serve me my correct order. I teach 5 year Olds smarter and more competent then the current staff. FYI, don't just close the lobby, close the whole establishment. Why keep it open. With people who clearly are...what's the word? Lazy and just plain stupid. I swear they have the competency of a door knob.

I like Tim Hortons, but they need to start having the ability to show on their app whether or not they are sold out of a menu item, just like what Starbucks does with their app.Twice already, I've run into an issue where I've placed an online order, go to pick it up, and I'm told that they're sold out of the menu item that was on my order. I would end up getting something else I don't want and proceed to waste my money. The second time that happened, I was offered to come back the next day and I could get my online order free of charge. That does sound like a deal, but, again, if they're sold out of something, they need to start showing that on the app.

They complain when you buy a bulk order of coffee and doughnuts. They ask you to call ahead and we do but they never answer. So then you show up to order it and they complain.

Once again we did not get what we ordered. I ordered the honey dipped cake donuts but received some old raised donuts. I say old because there was dried pieces of glaze on them.

The lobby is constantly closed for various reasons (remodeling or "unexpectedly") and too often they have issues like "not serving sandwiches today."I'd consider heading south down Sawmill to the location on Hard and Sawmill if you want a Tim Hortons fix.

Most of the workers here act like they're being bothered or don't want to be there. Along with that I have recently gotten a breakfast sandwich on 3 separate occasions and the eggs have been GREEN. Tried to contact a manager or whomever was in charge and they acted like they didn't care. Like it was a burden to complain about bad eggs (things that can make your customers sick). I will no longer be patronizing this establishment as the quality has crashed and burned within the last 2 years.

Love Tim Hortons, but this location rarely gets your order right.

You did realize like any other fast food they are short staffed and nobody want's to work and you still complainYou want to change the serviceDo a better job electing your leadersIt's only going to get worse peopleEnjoy your donuts

Sign on the door said 5pm close. It was 4:45, they closed the lobby early. Update the sign or stay open as advertised.
