It's taco bell....but it's new,for some reason that seems to make a difference....a bit better than your average TB

Teach employees how to do chalupa shells right. Mine were hard as a rock, waited in line to take them back, dinning room closed. Only to get same results. Left shells in parking lot and ate the toppings with a fork I luckily had in glove box.
This is easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. My orders are wrong more than they are right. For instance, Tonight I ordered a nacho bell grande and I received chips, queso, and beans. It was slopped together so all of the chips were soggy. It went directly into the trash. Stay far away!
I would give 0 if I can. This place is just trash garbage with fishbrains with ppl who cannot even distinguish between steak and a chicken. I ordered steak as protein for extra cost and this place just gives me a chicken. Sierra mist has no flavor it is just sparkling water. No wonder no one was lining up at the peak dinner time. Never going to this place again.
We spent over $50 on our order, just to receive 8 tacos that looked like this! We live over an hour away so no going back to complain. Wouldn't answer their phone when I tried to call and complain. This is absolutely ridiculous. We asked for NO LETTUCE, we still wanted some beef and cheese on the taco!

This place is very inconsistent. Some of the reviews do have positive stars and that’s good. But In my experience, 3/5 times it’s a bad experience because often times I’ll either have the order wrong or they don’t even tell me something is out of stock.One time, I ordered two crunchy tacos and a chalupa and they only gave me a taco and a chalupa. The other time, I ordered extra sour cream on the nachos and they didn’t even tell me they had no sour cream left so all my nachos and tacos that day had absolutely no sour cream in it, which is infuriating because I explicitly paid for extra sour cream.Then two experiences I had amazing service and great food, but because of just how inconsistent they are, this is a two star. I sincerely hope they get better staffing or just do something about the consistency because having it be a 50/50 chance of a good or bad experience is horrible. I’ll always keep going to the Taco Bell next to the 271 highways for this reason because at least they are consistent.
Pretty disappointed with this location. We paid for a few things to have extra ingredients and it didn’t even meet the regular amount of ingredients that other locations give. I wish I took a picture of it before tossing it but our quesadillas (extra jalapeño sauce and extra cheese) was basically an uncut tortilla with a spoonful of sauce and a handful of cheese in the way center. Glad to know there are other options in the area.
On a night after going to the Wildlights at the Columbus Zoo, we were the 4th or 5th car in line and had some special requests in our order. Everything was absolutely perfect and speedy. Great job to the crew!
