Been here once and won’t return to this location. I arrived 35 minutes before close to a locked door. Open light still on, don’t think Subway Corp would be thrilled. Secondly, the app notified me that my SINGLE FOOTLONG was ready at 8:25. I had already waited about 20 minutes in my car. So I arrive, to a piece of paper sitting on a counter. Meaning the order was most likely scanned out without being prepped to make business metrics for the day. I’ve worked customer service my whole life, I know how it is. Normally because of the global staffing issue I’d let this go, however they had enough staff and barely any orders
I am furious. The scary man at the counter wouldn’t let me in at exactly 8:30 pm to order. He spoke very rudely when we attempted to order. He refused to let his customers in the building. He told us he was closed and locked the door when they don’t close until 9. We were waiting 20 min prior too. I’m fed up with the lack of customer service of this establishment. Subway needs to fix their customer policy. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Pulled up at 8:30 pm. Open sign was on, published closing time is 9 pm. Door was locked!
It's been a while since we've been to Subway. We were pleasantly surprised by the new decor inside. So modern, bright and nice. Love the colors. Even the subs got new wrappers. They even have new subs like the Turkey-Cali sub and some new bread too, like Artisan Italian and Hearty Mutilgrain bread. They even offer smashed Avocado too.My son got a footlong met sub and I tried the new Chicken Ranch Sub. My son wolfed his down down and had Doritos also and aDr. Pepper. We got our subs to goBut the gentleman who took our order was helpful and we had a pleasant conversation as well. It was a pleasant lunch.

Very rude after 40 minutes waiting he said he can't help us. Because he can't do more than 1 sub per customer
Ordered online to get a coupon code that the store wouldn’t accept.....found that after the order was done....waited 25 minutes for the order to be ready and it wasn’t even started when it said it was done online! Waited another 20 minutes to get it done! Sooooo slow and rude! Lady was leaning on the counter over the food while she fixed it and her mask was not on properly! Yuck! They were taking walk-in orders before the online. Other people came in and had to wait for their online orders too.
We finally decided to order here for chopped salads, not only were they not chopped at all, just some slices of lunchmeat on a small bed of lettuce, but absolutely 0 dressing in the bag or on the salad ? yum, thanks. Also completely missed the cheese, guys.
