Excellent service and hot food, that is all I ask for and this place has both!! Much better than the one on sawmill (dublin).
Would have been a 5 star review but the manager told me they do not honor the McDonald's app Which was literally the only reason I came here. I was still given the app discount but how could they possibly expect a regular consumer to know which McDonald's the app works at lol
Bad manager and service.The only thing that is good about this McDonald's is you power up your phone and more.
If you like McDonalds, I would recommend this location. Unfortunately, customer service is about the only thing the store has going for it and all three stars are simply for that. The price of the food keeps going up while the quality keeps going down. The fries were pretty decent but the fish sandwich was lacking and I'm not sure what the iced tea really was. This was my once-a-year trip to a McDonald's and it confirmed my opinion.
They re-cook old food to give the illusion of receiving fresh food. Though an industry stigma, still shouldn't happen as if all company protocols were followed, food would always be reasonably fresh.
McGriddle was actually hot, but it would have been nice to have the hash brown that I ordered and paid for. Not the first time this location has left part of my order out or gave me something completely wrong. Not impressed but what can you expect anymore.
It was Mcds....a good one .clean, quick n courteous...foid is what it is....better than burger king, not as good as wendys
My wife and I have been regular customers since this store opened. Last year we spent over $1300 at this store. We stopped eating there about two months ago. For the previous couple of months order after order had problems. Cold coffee, mistakes on orders and frankly employees that could care less if you eat there or not gave us reason to not return. We now eat mostly at Cracker Barrel, far better food and overall it really costs less because we eat out less. Goodbye McDonalds.
Had confusion with prepay on the McDonalds app. Their system was down and one worker told me I couldn't use my coupon..while another man helped me tremendously. Definitely not on the same page
Went with a friend for some late night to tired to cook hurry up and get home ! ? NOT THE CASE AT ALL! There was 7 cars in the drive thru us and another in lane 1 and 5 cars in lane 2 so why didn't 2 go through all the line and 2 more b4 we backed out and went to lane 2 and then the guy infant of us goes then 2 more pull in behind him and they go and we sat and SAT And SAT 23 minutes in the drive thru. and then they shorted me a fry and gave me root beer instead of coke and no napkins ?? ya got 1 job ! YOU Can Do Better!! and on that note I'm NEVER GOING BACK THERE!
