Ordered a CBJ50 discounted pizza, bit into something hard and pulled out a piece of plastic or glass from the pizza. I love Jets and this is the first bad experience I've ever had, but will deeply reconsider ordering from here again.
Ordered pizza at 4:45 for daughter and her friends before going to an event. Was to be delivered by 6:00. At 7:00 it still had not arrived so called and got message to press 1 of there's a question or issue with an order. Phone continues to ring for the last 20 minutes at the time of this review. I would say poor customer service except there's been none whatsoever.
My experience with this location over the last few months has been hit-or-miss. Often the pizza takes much longer than the app says it will. For example, last night it arrived 45 minutes late (1 hour, fifty minutes total) and it was not even hot when it got here. The delivery guys are trying but my experience with carry out and/or trying to call the store has been horrible.

Called and said: "there's 4 of us do you have any deals with pizza and sides,, wings, cheesebread, ect.Pizza boy: "how about you tell me what you want"Listen pizza boy, you didn't go to college. How long do you pizza boys think you're gona be taking successful men's orders being rude before you get fired? Do better. I wasn't able to order any pizza because pizza boy hung up on me. So this review is strictly on the customer service. Not the quality of the foodInstead called Papa John's next door. Ordered $85 worth of food. Jets lost that sale just because the pizza boy had an attitude. Smh

They put the wrong topping on the pizza
Was consistent and good. Great service. Then, something changed in the last 6 months or less, deliveries are late and/or missing items. The response from management was only to return the tip, even when the pizza comes cold or worse
Order was ready to go when I arrived. Friendly professional staff.
Wonderful this is place. Pizza is so testy good.
