This place has really gone downhill. The last few visits the line has been long, very understandable during a lunch rush.I switched to online ordering and each time the sandwich got further and further from what i ordered, eventually it has just become the wrong sandwich entirely. Today, instead of remaking my sub they just offered me a handful of "free" coupons and to keep the sandwich I did not want, what good are the coupons if I don't have 30 minutes to wait in line and the online ordering is wrong, and I can't use the coupons online?I love Jersey Mike's, but this location is a no-go anymore unfortunately.
Yikes! Scared to eat my sandwich… snapped a quick picture of trash on the floor that included wrappers, used gloves, receipts, and food. Also pictured, the cashier who just handled money and is packaging up sandwiches with no gloves. (Not pictured: man with full length beard that had no cover making my sandwich)

This location does an excellent job. Has been a lifesaver for my pregnant wife haha. The kids in there are very nice. Highly recommend!
Haven't had a bad experience here so far. Subs are always made as ordered (for online ordering...well in person too but it is hard to mess it up when I am right there telling them what to put on) and the bread has always been fresh.Location is good too with a connecting door to the ice cream (custard?) place next door.Not a whole lot of dine in seating but I don't think that should be expected.
Not the cheapest but still better then the $5 bread logs you can get elsewhere. Great ingredients always make for a tasty sandwich and they have a large variety of them. It's always a treat to go here and will continue to do so in the future even if we have to drive a bit.
First time being here and got a famous philly (number 17) with pickle was pretty good definitely get a little more creative next time I come to one. Overall it was great and recommend Jersey Mike's to anyone looking for a great sub. The staff was also vary awesome!!
Not run good at all. Lettuce looked like it was left out all night. After mentioning it nothing was done with it. Asked for oil and vinegar and they pour way too much
Order took 1-1/2 hours to fulfill, I called, they lied, food was dried out and overbooked. Will not order from Powell, OH location again.
