I love the flavors at Greaters but lately I have been disappointed with the low quantity of ice cream they serve in an order.
Service was great, and my son loved the major league ice cream in a hat. I personally don't understand the hype of Graeter's ice cream, it's very average in taste and flavor.
Graeter’s is the best ice cream in the world in my personal opinion. Their stores also offer delightful service and additional product selections. I had a hot fudge sundae and left with a warm smile on my face (and a happy belly). Libby was especially friendly and provided great customer service to me.

Terrible experience! Had to have a milkshake made THREE times. Kids don’t listen, giggly silly teenage girls making a mess of another customer’s drink. Ridiculous and store should be embarrassed to have kids like that “working.” Waste of money for both the produce and salaries.
We brought our summer day camp and they definitely met the challenge! Very clean, polite, and fast!
