Hot good food served. Made to order. Staff were very friendly. Drive thru was stacked by went fast. Good experience.

Got a 8" round ice cream cake through drive thru and they were super fast and friendly to get the words written on the cake.
Took my grandson for his first ice cream run eith grandpa. It was a mess but we had a great time.
So DQ is always a great choice but having rude teenagers in charge who can't keep up with orders in a timely way is not great. Where is the adults here? Haven't seen one.
Just got the ice cream cake I ordered for my daughters birthday party and it looks like a literal 2 year old decorated it and wrote on it. Completely melted, not the right decoration I even asked for (one of the ones off their online menu), and spelled my daughters name wrong (which I repeated to him in detail 3 times and had him read back). Thanks for ruining her special cake DQ!
I ordered a birthday cake on Monday 4/11 for pick up at 4pm on 4/15. Arrive and have to wait 10 minutes for my turn and then another 10 minutes while the staff determined that someone ‘forgot’ to pull online orders. They didn’t even have a partially decorated cake that I could personalize at home. Instead I’ve waited another 15 minutes while they put together a cake. Never ordering here again.
Our family used the drive-thru at 7:10pm this evening and were immediately told your location did not have vanilla ice cream. My wife inquired whether they would just replace an item that always comes with vanilla with either chocolate or something else, to which they said they could. As we were pulling away from the microphone, the worker laughed and said, “People have the dumbest questions… oh!” and immediately realized and shut off the intercom. Our three-year-old son in the car thought this was amusing (sarcasm) that someone blurted into the microphone that his mom is dumb, especially when we’re trying to teach him it’s not kind to use words like that.Keep it classy, DQ. Maybe your employee training manual should be updated to address incompetent, bratty teenager employees that call your customers dumb, and managers that don’t know how to do something as simple as ordering inventory.
Wish I could give zero rating. They false advertise, treat you very badly and use condescending tone. Advertise on the board different prizes and charge different prizes. Completely disrespectful. Manager is the worst. Never coming back. They should fire the manager and take a look at how they do business.
Had a great experience here today, A kind girl named "kara" gave my order. I thought she was very pretty, had a kind smile, and told me to have an amazing day. Great blizzard, great food, great service. definitely will be coming back. You rock!
