Not a huge review guy but I will offer my thoughts on this location.I have been a very frequent customer of Chipotle in my time in the area (3 times a week on average). This location has progressively gotten worse over time and I have hit my breaking point (which led to a freakin review). The staff for the most part is young and inexperienced, not in making a bowl or cooking food but with CUSTOMER SERVICE. The attitude, the conversations that take place and the complete lack of customer skills is honestly deplorable. I was in a bind last week and needed to go to this location (Typically always choose the Polaris Parkway location) and it was worse than normal. I am really saddened that this is the case and cannot believe they have not been reprimanded as of yet. Its interesting to me that if you ask locals about Chipotle most will not go to this location as it is a mess. I understand that this review most likely mean nothing to them however, I would recommend any other location personally and if you you do go I challenge you to offer me a differing perspective. Hate to take time writing a review but it has to be done.Hope this helps others!
If you do an online order, CHECK YOUR ORDER ON SITE! This location messed up my orders 3/5 times..and the last time, they completely missed my meats and gave baby portion..
A Employee named Martin was so goddamn nice and fine asf and definitely deserve a raise and should be “employee of the year”. Would recommend 100/10, the best chipotle in Ohio <3
Been going here for a few months, they messed up 1 out of maybe 6 online orders I've made there (I had a bogo and they made 2 bowls instead of what I ordered which was a bowl and a burrito the sticker on the bowl even said burrito lol). I have only been going here for a few months it seems to be one of the better Chipotle's in town. I cannot speak on how long the pickup orders take as all of mine have been ready when I walked in (Although I do order around 7). I'd recommend this location just check your online order before you go home.
This was my first time at a Chipotle in many years. Their new commercials enticed me to give it another try. I was mostly disappointed, though. I got a burrito bowl with rice, chicken, pinto beans, pico, queso cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheese. I also got a side of chips. The cold items were very cold. The hot items were not hot. There wasn't a lot of chicken, and the queso cheese cost extra (I think it is free at Qdoba). The tomatoes in the pico were not cored before being diced, so there were a lot of tomato core pieces, which are difficult to eat and adds an unwanted taste. Probably the worst part was how salty it all was. I'm not sure about other locations, but if you are watching how much salt you get, avoid this location.
Terrible. They failed. I paid $54 for DoorDash Chipotle. They did single meat when I paid for double. They gave me Grapefruit Izze when I ordered Blackberry. The correct order is on the ticket. They made it wrong and must not have read the order ticket. I thought I could expect the food to be made right at Chipotle. Awful.
Are the chips stuck on a boat off the coast of California too? Just ordered a brisket bowl which they were out of I guess so I settled for Barbacoa with chips and guacamole. I got home and there were maybe 5 whole chips in the bag and a bunch of crumbs. The guacamole had pieces of the rind in it I pulled out. My bowl was way too watery....drain the mild salsa people. Probably a good idea to avoid this Chipotle. I know I will from now on.
OMG...super slow. But it is somewhat expected due again to being short staffed. 1 star off due to the young lady working didn't understand the word 'lite'.
One star for ordering ahead. It will take you forever to wait. If you like Chipotle, I highly recommend you to come and order to-go.
No lot lights on after sunset. Only one like worker making the food with a line going out the door. The low life manager watching her staff of teenage children do what they want this was a 4 star from me now I'm thinking ? and its going to be a 2 star
