The order I had was just as good as the first ever chipotle burrito I had tasted when I was a young kid. The staff, Zach and Jared, were excellent. Fulfilling my requests and having a smile on their face. This chipotle experience is by far one of the best I have ever had and a reason why I frequently come to this place. Overall amazing experience!!
Save your money. We live really close to this spot which is unfortunate as it's the absolute worst in the area. Ranging from meager amounts of ingredients, cold meat and totally uncooked rice. After 4 years, nothing has changed, it's actually worse! Throw your 12 bucks in the trash and save yourself a trip.Definitely won't ever be back.
I have never had such poorly prepared food in my entire life, I can assure you every employee at this place needs fired. This isn’t one person making a mistake. If you’re paying for food it should be made like you have worked there for more than 10 min. The manager of this place needs fired immediately. The food that arrived to my door looked like someone ate it and regurgitated it back into the bowl. One piece of meat and a spoonful of rice with a ridiculous amount of grease and sour cream floating on top of puke. Forgot all three bags of chips I could have used to soak up the vile excuse for food slop. I will never eat chipotle again. This place needs shut down or looked into for unsafe food practices.
Quick service; consistent quality food (assessed over a period of three years as of this writing). This unit does a brisk volume of business, so the food is always freshly prepared.
I suggest you go to the one on Rt23; this Powell location has issues often.The number of problems today was outstanding. I generally avoid this location, despite its close proximity, because of past issues. Today was a fundraiser for the school, so i had to order at this location, if any.(1) I ordered online for 6:50p pickup, but it was not ready until 7:15p. (2) While I and 7 others waited for our orders to be created, many people walked in for immediate service, bypassing those who ordered ahead. (3) When I asked if my ticket could be walked over to the line to be created, i was informed that my idea may cause a delay to the people who walk in, as if 7 people standing off to the side were not already delayed (4) There were times when zero people were in the store line, but the line-staff still did not help the online staff with our orders. (5) in store was out of Fajitas(!), lettuce, and guac ... somehow there was a stack of 30 fajitas for the online group (6) when i got my food home, my bag of chips had a total of seventeen chips; about 1" of chips in the bottom of a huge bag.Those who order online, expect the time-of-service commitment to be met. I understand that sometimes that does not occur, but to miss order commitments at the same time as serving walk-in with zero wait is disrepectful and an awful way to run a business.
Worst and final chipotle experience I have ever had. Nearly 50% of my online orders with this company are wrong. This time they put sour cream on my order, I am vegan. I went back to the store to complain and just get my burrito remade. They were out of guac and the corn salsa. 4 employees seemed to be standing around, restaurant was a mess. I’m hangry at this point, long day, I’m tired. I get a burrito with the sad selection of ingredients they have left. It’s too salty and disgusting and I can’t finish it. I tried calling the support number given to me by the cashier and the number doesn’t work.
Our visit was not outstanding. They had only 2 options of meat and rice was extremely hard. Everything was extremely salty and we couldn’t finish our food. It was absolutely disgusting. My veggies were extremely soggy and tasted as if they were marinated in salt. It was a waste of money…. needless to say very expensive. My kids didn’t even like their meal. Front line was not personal and seemed very unorganized. I will not be returning to this chipotle. Get it together chipotle…. Food quality has been getting worse as the years go on….
I’m starting to figure out no matter which one you go too the portions are smaller than pre Covid. This location didn’t have any clean tray’s for customers. Dirty tables as well. Poor housekeeping
Doesn’t matter what time you come. 4:00, 2:00, or 8:00 they just don’t make salad dressing ever. It’s literally a fourth of the menu and you can’t get a salad. Hilarious.
