The cheese is good, the sauce is nice and you can fold the pizza in two like a proper Brooklyn slice. Plus, it’s cheap at $3/slice.I really wanted to love this place and give it five stars. Unfortunately, here’s an Actual Exchange with this first-time customer:Guy making pizza (not cashier): “Can I help you?”Me, ascertaining what’s quick since nothing’s on the counter: “Yeah, I’ve never been here before.”Pizza Guy, back to cutting pizza: “We sell pizza.”Thanks, Pizza Guy. (For a minute I thought I was in Philly.)The cashier half-smiled in that apologetic sort of manner people use. Hunger kept me from walking out, and I’m glad I didn’t. For good cheap pizza, I’ll forgo greetings and helpful suggestions and just get my order to go. I’m guessing they prefer it that way. ??♂️
Fantastic pizza in Powell!! My family and I drive from Dublin to bring this back home. Some of the best pizza we’ve found since we moved to CBUS. (Pro Tip) If you have to drive a bit back home ask them half bake the pizzas and not cut them so you can finish cooking them at home. Attached pic is the Bianca. We added tomatoes and fresh cut basil to it. Soooo good.
Best pizza in Columbus imo... I had moved to New York in 88 and fell in love with their pizzaAfter moving back to Columbus I just couldn't find this style of pizza anywhere... I tried every place that claimed that they have New York style pies...but none of them even came close... Brooklyn pizza in Powell has got it hands down from the crust to sauce and cheese they got it going on here... Garlic knots they got it... Real Calzone with ricotta yep!! Home made cannoli yep!!! Home made tiramisu yep!!!! I'm telling you this place is the real F'kin deal!!! Thank you Anthony for what you do your the best!!!!
The absolute BEST pizza around. Its so nice just to be able to go in and grab a couple slices and a can of pop or get a pie to go. Found my go-to Pizza place from now on. 10/10
The pizza is awesome but trying to order a pizza is a nightmare. Called an hour before they closed and no answer, so called over and over and still no answer. Finally drive and get there thirty minutes before they were closed to order to go and they were closed 30 minutes before there hours on the door and on their website. Seems like they don't like making money.
Awesome NY style pizza... you know the big slices that you fold in half to eat. Great stuff and they even sell by the slice if you want to swing by for lunch. White pizza is worth a try too!
Yo, this is the closest NY slice pizza I’ve had in Ohio. Definitely satisfied my craving. Plus with a Coke can like my NYC days.I will be back.
