Employees seem annoyed when we tried ordering through the drive through. My wife tried going back two times after our initial experience. The 2nd time the employee scolded my wife for not pulling up the the appropriate windows and the 3rd time one of the employees parked their car in the drive through window lane, blocking anyone from coming in, and this was at 8:45 when they open at 7. If you enjoy attitude, 3/4 filled smoothies, horrible customer service, then this place is for you
I am so sad by my multiple recent visits. The employees are extremely rude and short with customers. They made me feel like they were inconvenienced by me ordering food. I ordered three meals, one of them being the burnt kids grilled cheese that is pictured. I wish management was more attentive to the decrease in customer service and quality.
I've been coming here for 3 years to support local business, and the pizza quality is absolute garbage and inconsistent. They leave 1-2 inches on the edge of just pure dough. No sauce, no cheese. For $9 a pizza, I'd expect better. This is $3 pizza at best.
very bad customer service, they give you the most unreliable box which has holes all over it, this place has gone downhill. overpriced anyways
Worst roast beef sandwich I've ever had. Everything tasted so cheap. Had 2 paper thin slices of meat when they heated it they made it like beef jerkey. Had as a rock. Never again will I waste my hard earned money here.
My daughter loves this place for the pizza and I have always enjoyed buffalo wrapIn my wrap there was huge piece of black plastic and tomato which I asked for no tomatoesTried to call back after I got home and no answer! The black piece is the plastic which could have broke a tooth
While the menu looks great and (very) occasionally an order is correct they find a way to screw up most of the time. They are consistently inconsistent. The kids working there act like you owe them a debt of gratitude for taking and making an order (deepest apologies for keeping your doors open and you having a job) and the management is completely disengaged and oblivious to the going ons. When they opened they were great but at this point it is garbage with a side of bad service.
Rung up my order wrong but when I got to the window it was corrected. Teenage boy slammed the drive through window closed after giving me the food. I was given wrong order. After notifying them they corrected the order. The hummus sandwich was good but it was missing ingredients. I do not care for the black bean quinoa salad. Will only be returning to use up the rest of the money on my gift card.
Normally I'm impressed with this place, however, I ordered through uber eats yesterday and was quite upset. I did not receive any caesar dressing for my caesar salad. I called to elaborate on the fact that I wanted 2 ranches and a buffalo sauce on the side..I got 2 ranch cups with hardly any ranch, and no buffalo sauce. My buffalo chicken pizza was not even fully cut all the way through. Very disappointed..
I’ve ordered here countless times. I always go through Doordash. Every time I order it always says they are closed, and tonight when I ordered I was delighted to see it finally work. However, when the food arrived, I was missing two of my items. They had refunded my order, but did not notify me. When I went to reorder they were “closed” again. I drove out and the employees were sitting outside talking. I ordered my food and left. This has happened before. I don’t understand why they always sit outside. I would understand if they were on break, but every employee? That does not seem right.
