Currently have moldy sandwich buns and they looked like they have been sitting for a while. More than a few moldy spots. I recommend checking any and all products before eating there. Definitely won't be eating at this location again and for sure won't be having Arbys for a long time. I'll note that the two sandwiches my S.O. and I got were both totally different. (One was the roast beef and one was a chicken sandwich).
Several weeks ago I was told at the window after asking for my change that they were out of change but could give me 72 Cents in pennies. Today, they put a make-shift sign on theordering box that they were unable to give change!At the window, the girl said that they are only given so much change and that’s it! If they give out more change than they receive, they end up running out.Of course they can’t see the 5/3rd Bank two buildings from them. Too, this is the furthest thing from a fast food business I have ever seen!

This is one of the worst Arby's in the Columbus metro area. The roast beef has a funky smell and the crinkle fries were a joke....they were white as a ghost like they only fried them for 2.3 seconds and they were caked with salt..ridiculous. And they charged me extra for those!! even though it says on the coupon for the family bundle that it's good for EITHER crinkle or curly. Best for last...at the end, when he handed me the bag, I specifically paused and asked, you included marinara for the mozzarella sticks?..."yes"...NOT! I later got home to find none in the bag. 2022 American education system....joke.

I just made about $25 purchase today at the location in Powell, OH and they messed my order up. Ordered a double beef and cheddar large, kids meal n a Gyro. The beef n cheddar, did Not have any cheddar and the best part of Arby's, the Curly Fries, were Not in my bag. We tried calling back and of course, no one answered. I was wondering why the line was so low and now I know why.BTW, the best part was the cashier, she was very professional and very polite. That was a great service with a smile! The only reason I gave a 2 star and not just 1.

Attempted to go today but the line never moved and even people ahead of me that had ordered gave up and left.
Everything was good! I was hoping they weren't closed because they had a sign out about them having to close for a few hours due to staff shortages. We were there in the time that they were to be re-opened, but it took them some time to answer in the drive-thru. I appreciate them getting us through and getting our order right even though they were obviously short-staffed. There was a big order two cars in front of us.
