Drive through line was short, but we waited a extremely long time before our order could be taken. The food came up fast but everything was already cold to the touch. We were there 9:30 - 10:00 pm
Was fast and accurate and friendly. Ordered grilled chicken sandwich and apple pecan salad. We enjoyed them.
This location has improved substantially in the last month! They have to be under new management. Everyone who works here is super friendly, fast, efficient and smart! My son always orders cheese sauce for his fries and it comes clear full in this tiny black cup that ALWAYS spills. Today, the cup was inside a junior frosty cup which makes it sooooo much easier to dip the fries and not spill the sauce! Its the little things that make a huge difference. :)
They are very polite and good service however u ordered 3 frostys and a meal . He hands me out all my stuff along with one cup after another and says have a goodnight. I thought he handed me my 3 frostys nope 2 frostys and a coke. My fault I didn't check I guess but they definitely should pay attention. ?
When me and my parents went to this Wendy's in pickerington theres like 3 of them. We went through the Drive thru when my parents wanted to get something. I didn’t want anything. So far so good until we came to the last stop to get our food. The woman grabbed the food and opened the window. Gave us the food and closed it without saying a word at all. I was annoyed calling her “the best drive thru work”
Food was hot, just the way I ordered it, and DELICIOUS. Had nice conversation with the cashier as well while I was paying. Overall great experience.
The only forgot the 4 pc nuggets of my biggie bag but other then that they did perfect and the food feels fresh and good snd they were really nice so thank you!
Hugo was amazing. He entertained our children and was very funny. He made our trip here fantastic.
Just went through the drive thru and didn’t receive our sour cream or butter, which would have been whatever if we could have went inside to get some but had to walk to the drive thru window because the line was around the building and my husband was almost done with his chicken sandwich and he found a hair in it. I pulled it out and took a pic. Will not be returning.
I don't write reviews, but I had to for this one. This location used to have fast and reliable service, but the past two times we've gotten food here we've had to wait 20+ minutes just to order food. When I tried ordering food, I had to repeat myself so many times because the person taking the orders didn't hear me. Come to find out that when we get to the drive through pick up window, not only were all the employees laughing, having a good time and texting on their phones at the window, but we tried telling them that we hadn't known that they'd put down our large combo meals as small until we'd gotten the receipt. The chick just shrugged her shoulders and said oh well. When we were handed the food, the guy practically threw it at us in disgust. I'm sorry, but fast food employees want $15 an hour? For service like this? I will no longer be going to this location for food. The service was atrocious. You'd think being paid decent money would mean they'd work hard and proud for it. Instead, they were treating it like their funhouse.
