I visited Wendy’s 4/17/22 at around 5:30pm the drive thru order taker was rude and rolled her eyes when she gave us our foodMy number one had mayonnaise all over it and it was Luke warm my fries were as if they had been sitting there and then reheatedMy suggestion is if you don’t want to work at Wendy’s then go somewhere else it’s not my fault you are miserable I’m just here to get my food and go home. Don’t take your frustrations out on me
We ate inside. Very clean! Food was hot and tasty and the service was fast and friendly. I love their pop machine. You can mix up about any combination you can think of. Wendy's has Coke products.
This Wendy’s is terrible. I placed an order on DoorDash for Wendy’s. I did not know what location my DoorDash was going to until it appear on the map. I placed my order for a Spicy Asiago Club with cheese, a small fries add ketchup packet and a small sprite. When I received my order, I did not receive my sandwich right, the fires were cold and hard, and I did not receive my small sprite. When I call up to the Wendy’s location, the rep told me it’s DoorDash fault and I should take it up with them. I said that still doesn’t excuse the incorrect order your establishment provided. The Wendy’s rep did not care, and told me to take it up with DoorDash. What does DoorDash have to do with it, if Wendy’s made my order? I’m never eating at this place! Unprofessional !!!
Looooong drive-thru wait at 8:15pm on a Monday. Bunch of kids yelling in background while trying to order. Kid taking money at 1st window clearly hated job and was disappointed with life choices, 2nd window was slow on food delivery and of course we were missing items when we got home.SHOCKER!
I barely go here anymore with my family but all i remember that this was the only ok Wendy’s. I don’t give a-lot about Wendy’s but in 2019 i used to like there chocolate shakes and there Fries. #Pickerington
A great fast food experience. Friendly staff, competent and fast. I drive out of my way to this Wendy's just to avoid the one on gender near refugee. This is how you're supposed to do it
Only had 4 cars in front of in yet it still took over 30 minutes. Staff was moving very slow, and seemed like they didn't want to be there. By the time we got out food the French fries were cold and soggy, and the rest of our order was at well. Obviously our food was made and sat until it was our turn at the window to pick it up. Save yourself the headache and try someplace else other than this location.
Picked up some large seasoned fries and an orange juice for a quick breakfast before heading into work
The line was shorter than a nearby competitor, food was good, price appropriate; the order was correct.
