Delicious food and juice, but the gentleman at the register is the reason for the 5 stars. I haven't experienced hospitality like that in a long while. Friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to call me by my name (properly pronounced) and explain their customer loyalty program. Wonderful experience ?
On their menu, to add chicken or steak to a vitality wrap is listed as a $3 add on. Chicken was added to both mine and a friends wrap. When I asked the employee working (who was gracious and kindly remade our food) they said management told them to put it on the wrap as a default, and that some of their employees do this while others don’t. I’ve had this wrap several times and it was the first time it was made with chicken. It’s incredibly irresponsible to put something that isn’t listed on the menu into someone’s food. I have an allergy to meat and I’m very lucky that my friend took the first bite and pointed out the chicken. While it isn’t life threatening, it would have made the next few days very uncomfortable for me. And it could definitely have effected some one else a lot more. The verbiage in the menu definitely need changed if meat comes as a default.

We tried Vitality Bowls for the first time today. My daughter is a picky eater so I was a little hesitant, but she loved it! We ordered the pb&j chia toast and the Hawaiian bowl. We will definitely order again.
Rude customer service when trying to apply rewards from reward app. Told that the details of the award should’ve been “very clearly stated on the email,” even though those words weren’t stated on the email at all. Also very long waits for the food, and paid $0.75 for gluten free granola and was given regular.
My son who doesn't like new thing loves this place. It is a little pricey, but the bowels are great.
Although a little pricy, you get what you pay for. Tons of variety, fresh ingredients, and an attentive and caring staff!
I have been a loyal customer, ordered one morning from their app, had my order confirmed, the store hours on the app showed they were open. We drove to the store to only find out they were closed. We called and their store hours were posted there that they were not opening till 10 am vs the 8 am listed on the app. When I called to ask for my money back since we did not receive or order, the woman that answered the phone was snotty and asked if I was going to pick up my ord
