Where do I start? The sandwiches were mid af. Employee was a teen that would rather listen to what was on her airpod than what was being ordered. Myself and another customer had to repeat ourselves over and over again. Laughable portions sizes. If I am paying for a footlong, I shouldn't receive 6in portions. The chip shelves were bare, the floors were a mess, the fountain drink machine and bottled soda machine were disgusting. Both drinks I purchased were flat and lacking flavor. I had to reheat my sub when I got home, and I only live a few blocks away. I can't believe I spent $25+ on this experience.
Pretty slow.. they didn't even bother to wrap the sandwich and just put it directly in the bag. Lol.. and then put it in the microwave.
Ordered online for pickup only to show up and the restaurant was closed early probably due to staffing. They still took my money.
We had ordered via the online app. It is great to be able to order ahead to ensure contact free takeout. It was the 2nd time using the online app at this location, which I would not recommend doing here because take out orders are not completed accurately. The staff is nice but we will opt to use the online app at a different location where accuracy matters.
The food is good, but every time I come in there around one-ish and the same person is always there and they are always very rude and acts like they hates her job, maybe consider getting new employees that will treat the customers right. I work in foods and services and I know that their attitude should not be put up for . Also was not acting very professional
Clean in and out friendly people.
Poorly run, very small. The only reason to come to this location is because it's close to Tiger Stadium and parks.
I received a delivery from this location for the first time today and it was a absolute terrible experience. The tuna melt was not toasted, which is kind of my fault too for getting tomato’s but when unwrapping the sandwich there was pieces of meat. Due to religious factors I do not eat meat. I also received a steak melt that didn’t have a lot of cheese either nor was there hardly any steak. In the picture that is the Mayo showing. I’ve ordered a melt online before from subway and this wasn’t it.
Standard subway fare. New bread and "cali" menu options. The 2 girls working this particular shift were polite and expeditious....a change from what usually happens at this location. Little one's turkey sub was made to her standards. My veggie sub was what I expected (a lil overpriced for just veggies) but solid bread bites on either end void of sandwich filler.
No bathroom to wash hands, etc. No tables or chairs, but the food was great. Best Italian BMT I have had in a while.
