Since they've changed the service model they have found the food is much better and the wait time is much shorter. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work!!
Terrible, rude staff. Extremely SLOW drive thru line. I picked up 2 doordash orders last night and when I told them I was picking up 2 dd orders they looked at me like I was a freak. Like they had never even heard of doordash. Then went on to put both orders into one single drink carrier even though they were for 2 different customers! Didn't even give them any straws. HORRIBLE!!!!
We ordered from the kiosk abs it was the quickest we have ever gotten our food at a Steak and Shake. The restaurant was the cleanest we've ever seen for a steak and shake.
Was hot fast and delicious....our milkshakes was amazing and we went during happy hour...
It's become more like 'fast casual' than a restaraunt. Food came out faster than my shake. Not terrible but disappointed to see Steak 'n Shake eliminate so much human labor.
I feel bad because it's obvious they are dealing with short staffing. Unfortunately, the self pick-up process is bad. It would work better if the items ( like shakes or drinks) that come out first have your # on is so if you aren't standing at the already crowded counter you can find your order. The food quality seems to have gone done hill as well. I'm hoping it's a learning curve but this location is the only one I've been to recently so I have no comparison.My advise by patient and quick to pick-up.
Every since the new kiosks, ordering Is easy, simple, and Hassel free. My order was fast , accurate, and fresh . This location has adapted to the times and made my visit perfect . No complaints and food was fresh and better then other locations . Glad to see the old steak and shake is back with Quality and good prices. ?
Waited for 40 minutes in the drive through, got home and they didn't put one of my burgers in the bag. It was on the receipt so I paid for it, then they wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call. By the time I went back they were closed.
If I could give it zero I would. 17 dollars for a single, a double, 2 bowls of chili and a large fry. Get home the single is like a kids burger. The double is like a single. They only filled bowls of chil up half way. Watery chili. The only thing you get a lot of is the skinny fries. Won't be back!
Why did you have to go and change everything? ? All I wanted was a Cajun burger with Cajun fries but no, the menu is completely different. We had to wait a long time to get to the window to pick up our food, which was cold but that was our fault. Probably won't be back. Difficulty with ordering, terrible app, favorite foods are gone... No reason to.
