imagine eating, collecting your wallet and keys..... then seeing what is visably a cockroach walking across your table.I promise, I wouldn't make this up.before this, I would have rated 5stars! service was great. food was great.
Food was good, but waitstaff were pretty rude - honestly got a bit of a "we'd rather your type had dined elsewhere" vibe, if you catch my drift. There are other, more friendly Roosters locations around town; I'd suggest trying one of them before this one.
We love Roosters! Their wing sauces are always good. The Nu Killer is their hottest sauce but not so hot ? that you can't enjoy it. The garlic is my wife's favorite! Service was good. It was a great night out. Before my wife had surgery. She picked Roosters for last meal before being on a liquid diet for two weeks.I think that says it all!
This place is the absolute best. My arteries can no longer eat there as much as I used to but it is good. Hands done the best wings! The sauce is to die for as well. Sat at the bar. 10 minutes later the bartender came over to take drink orders. I said, we’ve been sitting here a while. She said people kept sitting down (in the dining room) as she would take care of them first. I ordered my coke to be served when my food was serviced. My wife ordered a rum and coke. 5 minutes later she severed my coke and the rum and coke in huge coke glasses. I questioned the huge rum and coke, she said she didn’t know how my wife wanted it. Took it back and served it in the proper glass. 14 minutes later, tired of waiting, she asked if we were ready to order. Took our order and waited 25 minutes for a sub and chicken wings. My sub was cold and the fries were cold. Sent the sub back, in 6 minutes the manager brought out my hot sub and hot fries. My coke was watered down big time. Bartender Anita, needs a different position.
Sat us down quick on a busy Thursday evening after work hours. Food was good. The half salad red rooster seemed bigger than the past but the waitress said the bowls make the portion seem bigger. They used to come in these small black plastic type of containers. Friendly staff, close to home. Everytime I have been, no problems that stand out. The place is clean, feels like the tables/booths are too close together and for as big as the place is the waiting lobby area needs to expand a bit away from the front entrance door, bur other than that, it's all good.
Very popular with families. Dinner prices very reasonable. Excellent service from our waitress. She was very thoughtful and professional. Food was prepared and presented well. Portion sizes were generous but not excessive. All the sports TVs detracted from the eating experience which produced the 4 stars. Men's restroom clean and stocked
I was shocked at how young the staff is....then was shocked at how professional and polite they acted. Hats off to whomever trained these employees. The food speaks for itself...always great!!!
We love roosters!This location is usually packed, so we try to go when we see it is not too busy (usually after 2-3). The food is always fresh and tasty! Service is amazing when they're not too crowded!
