We love the sauce and the price is pretty decent but the quality is SO inconsistent. Tonight we got a pizza and it appeared burnt and the crust was hard, they remade it and I thought it'd be better because it came right out the oven, but it was just as bad when I got home. Didn't have time for another alternative, also Thursday is pizza night for the kiddos. They just ate the cheese on the top. Had two full sheets two weeks ago for our child's birthday and that was ok. It wasn't cut though ??♀️. I want to support this franchise, but it is difficult not knowing what quality you're going to get when you order. We've been customers for years and it's just not as good as it used to be.
we ordered a pizza at 7 pm and was told it was going to be delivered in 45 minutes. after no delivery for more than 2 hours we called to see where our pizza was . the manager didn't have a clue so we wanted to cancel. The manager did not care about our issue and just canceled our order and moved on. I hope the owner can contact me to better rectify our issues!!!
Have cancelled our doordash order twice in a row and uber eats orders with no explanation. We ordered almost 4 hours before they closed. How is this acceptable? We're done with this restaurant moving forward and will no longer order through them.
Last night was a very disappointing experienced. We ordered our pizza for pick-up and 25min later, when I got to the restaurant, they told me I would have to wait an extra 20 to 30min. By the time I got the pizza it wasn't hot, because they put the wrong receipt/label on the pizza and it has been sitting there awhile, before they realized the error.
I ordered through Doordash...waited for 30 minutes..and then they just canceled my order. No explanation or apology. Now I have to figure something else out.Also the "Thanks for your feedback pizza fam" on every post is sickening.
I love their pizza but they don't remember to give you what you ask for. I bought Mt dew and if it wasn't for me that walked in there they would of never given it to me bc I had to ask them for it. I had to ask for the paper plates and napkins that I had ordered too this isn't the first time it's happened its every time. Such a shame that I can't trust the workers to do their job. I don't think I'll be ordering from there from now on. I get making mistakes but again this is every time I order from here.

Really enjoyable pizza. Sweet tomato sauce, similar to Papa John's but even better. Minus one star because there doesn't seem to be a happy medium between regular bake and well done. As you can see, regular pizza supreme on the right and well done cheese with mushroom has a lot of burn. ?♂️ highly recommend cheese with mushroom and butter garlic dipping sauce for the crusts.
