I ordered the whiskey river burger and it came with no bbq sauce. The fries were supposed to be extra crispy and they were hardly cooked and soggy. Ordered the onion rings and they were burnt. They smelled bad and tasted worse. I ordered the "bare minimum" sandwich with crispy chicken, tomato and mayo. It was also burnt and had shredded lettuce all over it. Everything tasted terrible. The only thing that was good was delivery.

I ordered a burning love burger with sauce on it. I wanted the regular patty and an impossible party to go with it. Wanted it cooked with a little bit of pink in the middle… they sent me a dry overcooked cold burger with broccoli and no sauces on it or on the side that I asked for. You are better off going to Easton as no one really cares about your food here. This is the 3rd time they have not cared about the quality of food for me

This is the only red Robin that is always understaffed. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:40 PM, we're seated immediately, they were not busy at all. By time we got out of the restaurant it was almost 8 o'clock. They totally messed up our bill. The food was good, the service was horrible. Why is this the only restaurant in the Pickerington area that is so understaffed? There's one word "Management". Will not be returning to this restaurant again.

The bartender was very nice, but it took a bit to get greeted. We ordered our onion rings with our burgers but they came out several minutes ahead and were barely warm. The pictures of the burgers on the menu are thick and juicy, but the Royal Robin patty was maybe as thick as a quarter pounder, if that. We each ordered a second drink but the bartender forgot so we just asked for our checks and left. I understand people are busy and short staffed, but I give less leeway when I see them huddled in a corner talking with their coworkers while ignoring their tables.

I ordered curbside this evening because I wasn't feeling well. I called the number that is listed to call once you park to have your food brought to your vehicle. I was put on hold for 17 mins. I then go inside to check on my food. My food was placed in the area where they put food for UBER. I'm upset because #1 I was not feeling well (fever) considering that I did not want to be around other people especially in a large environment being sick... Then when I got home my hamburger was dry, steak fries were moist and cold mainly because my food literally sat for 40 mins. ????I'm highly disappointed with Red Robins service in Pickerington.

The food was good but I think it was a little pricey for the size of the burger (6oz). My burger and frys cost about $13 plus $1.49 extra if you want the the garlic french frys. So about $17.50 for my food with a drink. Trust me you DO want the bottomless garlic frys?. The wait staff was EXCELLENT.

Food was ok, but the bar area where we sat, was just filthy! Will not be going back! This is the 3rd and final chance, they have really gone down hill.

This was the worst dining experience. I understand that restaurants are short staffed, but service was non existent. It took over an hour to get our food and they (including the manager) couldn't find silverware to give us. Our drinks never got refilled and when we finally got our food, nobody came to check on us.

Not for Black customer's dinning in!!! Me and my mother come in and waited for 10 minutes before someone took our order, Never got the basket of fries, but the other group that came in, and in less then 5 minutes had there order taken and a basket of fries. I just want to feel like a person, or maybe I should say when I walk in, "I will tip $20 for good stuff service". I am still here looking at food I don't order! And the real sad thing is, is theirs another black family and that are getting the same thing, not being treated like a human being!!!! I hope that I'm wrong but it doesn't look like it. Staff has no manners, rude, but if they think you won't tip you want get help right.

Good food - as usual. But the best is the service - so considerate to provide braille menu for people with seeing disabilities. It means a lot to us! Thank you for that small but important gesture!
